I walked away from this hotel not wanting to stay here again. I think if you are a business person with money to burn, it is for you. However, when realized I had to pay for parking and internet, i was immediately tuned off. On top of that, there wasn't even a complimentery breakfast. I take full responsibility for not researching it a little more. I will say that I should have known when we first walked in and saw the artsy decor.

Beautiful lobby and comfy beds.

From the moment you walk into the expansive lobby with its polished white marble floors, sophisticated furnishings, and beautiful artwork, you know this is a hotel designed for grown ups who appreciate excellent service, elegant dining, and comfortable rooms. The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. The exercise room is fabulous; the small lounge area is cozy; and the restaurant serves tasty, interesting meals. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The outdoor pool area is small, clean, and set up for lounging. A 24-hour free shuttle leaves for the airport every half hour. What this hotel doesn't have: No free breakfast. No free booze or snacks. No one cannon-balling into the pool. No sand tracked through the lobby. No unsupervised children playing in the hallways or elevators. No mildew, damp carpeting, or musty smells in the guest rooms. Bottom line: This hotel is ideal for a business or frequent traveler or a vacationer seeking a place to stay in Orlando that doesn't cater exclusively to the theme-park crowd. Room prices are very competitive.

Older hotel that has been updated very well. Nicely updated airport hotel with quality staff.

Nice hotel, but the Sheraton Suites across the street has cheaper better rooms and you don't have to pay for parking ($8.00 mandatory) or Internet service which they don't advertise on the Internet when you are booking the room

Location, quality & price were excellent. Parking fee was $8 per night. The blower on theAC unit was quite loud. This is a clean, comfortable, upscale hotel in a popular zone. Service is at a high level. Unfortunately, the blower on the AC unit was quite loud, and the shower/tub combination reminded us of lower rated hotels. However, the bed, desk, sink and television reminded us of higher rated hotels. Restaurant service and food is excellent, and although there are reasonable selections available.

Close to everything including the airport. I could hear activity in the next room very well. Overall, my experience at this hotel was very positive and I am sorry I did not take the opportunity to use the pool. I truly enjoyed my experience.

Interesting modern decor. A fine hotel with nice clean, spacious modern decor, good pool and fitness areas and a feeling of calm.

The room, food and staff were exceptional! I had to leave! Could have moved in. From the front desk staff, to the food and beverage servers, to the housekeeping person, everyone was extremely outgoing and capable. The food served in the lounge was exceptional. Great happy hour, too. Breakfast in the dining room was wonderful. I strongly recommend the signature French toast offering. As a frequent visitor to Orlando this will certainly be my new hotel.

I liked the whole experience - great atmosphere, great service! Nothing! Very interesting and attractive decor. The room was just lovely, the mini fridge and microwave very useful. The one meal I ordered was just fine and they service timely. All in all, one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at close to an airport!

I liked the way the lobby looked. I liked the down duvet and silk bedding. The hotel was nicely decorated. The view from the room. It was a rooftop. The hotel was excellent. It exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful furnishings. Nothing comes to mind. Perfect hotel if you are looking for a business meeting or just a nice place to sleep near MCO. Would not be a good place to stay if you need excitement and activities nearby.

Spacious room, nicely appointed. Very convenient to the airport. Clean and neat on the outside but pretty plain. The lobby was very spacious, decorated in a modern style. This theme carried over to the room, which was immaculate, well appointed in both furniture and electronics. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator as well.

The room was HUGE; it had a fridge and was so convenient to the airport. The outside of the hotel needs a makeover, the inside is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the room and beds were in the hotel. The lobby was also very trendy with a great bar. The outside of the hotel does not do it justice. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is nearing the end of a major renovation. The rooms are marvelous. The public areas are not finished, but look like they will be splendid. The construction is not yet finished. The hotel has undergone a major renovation nearing completion. The rooms are magnificent, done in a modern, yet elegant updated design. For me, its all about the bed when I travel, and this was a very comfortable bed & bedding. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. The construction is nearly completed and the public areas look like they will be amazing also when they are finished.

The room was acceptable. No Internet access [critical], lobby & public areas under renovations, poor customer service (no help for Internet or wake-up call). Very poor customer service. Undergoing massive renovations. Should be very in-expensive. Have to pay extra for Internet. Customer service never returned calls. Wake up call never occurred. No body could get the Internet to work, and Internet access was critical to my visit. Definitely not recommended!
