It was good! Location was fabulous- close to shopping and dining- bowling alley... lots to do! My first room I got was noisy- they changed me immediatley to a quieter floor.

Bellman took way too long to get my bags andno mini bar. Loved it! They gave me a great room!

The hotel was located in a very convienent location to a lot of things. The staff was nice. The room was clean. House keeping was on point. The concierger was excellent for recommending things. I could not have asked for more.

We were so glad we picked this hotel. The service and room were great and the location couldn't be beat. You just walk out of the hotel into a great mall/restaurant area, onto Hollywood Blvd. with the Walk of Fame and the Chinese Theater, Wax Museum, Ripley's, etc. This saved alot of money on taxi service which can cost very much. The hotel employees went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. We were also traveling with a teenager who thought the hotel was "cool." We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in Hollywood as a typical tourist and the location of the hotel was more than perfect. Accessible to everything including the metro which allowed me to go to Santa Monica pier, Griffith Park and downtown LA. Wish there was a mini fridge to hold snacks.

Location. The hotel staff was appalling.

Very nice hotel, with a very nice view of the Hollywood area. I would think though for the price tag of 250 a night that at least there would be a mini bar heh. It was also rather cool that it was in the middle of a mixed mall area, so you could see many things at your leisure.

Visited with my niece as a graduation present. We could not have been happier with our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive from the point of check in, concierge, valet and restaurant. The decor was clean, modern and fresh. Loved the extra touches of fresh flowers and fruit infused water in the lobby. The concierge provided excellent restaurant recommendations in the area. The location, in walking distance to the Chinese Theater and entertainment complex, could not have more perfect! We were busy with Hollywood Tours and Rodeo Drive shopping however it was a great place to come back to at the end of the day! I travel a lot for both work and personal trips, I would definitely stay here again!

What I most enjoyed was the spectacular view outside our window, showing was the hollywood sign and the hollywood hills. Missing was, the lack of control of ruely behavior outside of our hotel room. Overall, the stay was really enjoyable and the location was perfect for the various activities we were in.

Very handy location - close to many popular attractions and great shopping. Friendly staff. Pool was small and not real kid friendly.

This hotel had a modern, but welcoming ambiance. Located in the heard of Hollywood, the walk of fame was only a couple of steps outside of the hotel lobby. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

This hotel was in a great location that provided the opportunity to do many fun things within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the hotel clean and updated.

It is our second stay at this hotel. We came back because it's a great location. Tourist attractions such as the Chinese Grauman Theatre are around the corner. An outdoor mall links directly to the hotel, with tons of stores and restaurants. Great view of the Hollywood sign. Valet parking expensive at $29.00 a day but you can park your car yourself next door for $10.00 (you have to pay every time you take it out though but even if you do it twice a day it is still cheaper than valet). Convenient donut shop right across the street where we got croissants and coffee every morning to save on breakfast. Very close to the freeway. The traffic on Highland is nonstop but we never heard it from our room. We were 4 people in a room with 2 double beds. Good space, but we could use more drawers in the room. Had to call twice before housekeeping brought more hangers. Had trouble with the toilet, but they came right away and fixed it. The room had a lot more wear and tear than the room we stayed at last year (same hotel) but we found an unbeatable price through Orbitz so it was definitely worth it. Would recommend this hotel but will try something else next time.

Very clean and nice. No parking, is not to close and you extra. Very nice hotel. I really recommend this hotel and Priceline of-course.

We found the hotel to be smart, clean and with a very nice large bedroom containing all our requirements. We slept well on two large and comfortable beds in a surprisingly quiet room that faced the main road. The location was good for us to visit the sights of Hollywood.

The hotel was redone so it doesnt feel like an old crummy hotel, but they do nickel and dime you for everything. They charged me twice for my one day internet, told me they would take it off, but then I had to ask the next day. Overall, my stay was good, but I was there for a convention and not actually for hollywood.

The location and design of the hotel is very nice and attractive. The room design and space was not very appealing. I do like the location and design of the hotel. However it is not very accessible with respect to the parking lot as well as it is located in a busy intersection. The room layout is oaky but can be improved.

We stayed recently with our two daughters (age 3 & 7) in order to attend a wedding. We got a larger room which was worth the extra money. The room was clean, comfortable and had a spectacular view of the Hollywood Hills. The only drawback was a somewhat uncomfortable pull-out sofa. Fine for kids but less than ideal for adult sleepers. The clean and well-run swimming pool was a great family ammenity with great views. We spent hours there and it was never too crowded though my girls got a chance to meet other young hotel guests. Another excellent feature for families is the adjoining shopping mall with good, affordable, family-friendly dining options, a reasonable amount of room to run-around, and shops for last-minute purchases. The mall was especially welcome since the in-hotel dining, while nice, was quite pricey (no more than most hotels, but it adds up when four are dining). The staff was very nice -- from the gift shop, to check-in, to maid-service, to pool-side service. Highly recommended!
