From the time we got out of the car personnel was the most helpful and friendly. Room service was quick, many nearby resturants to choose from. Security was lacking ,allowing anyone to walk into hotel from busy connecting mall and street . Enjoyable stay

Hotel is in an excellent location to visit the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Within walking-distance to most attractions. Hotel restaurant prices for food and hotel parking rates are very pricey.

Room service and food quality was excellent. Hotel room was fine, clean and well-equipped. The service was poor and our room key didn't work and we were checking in late with our young children and the concierge was hesitant to change our room assignment and made us wait in the hallway with our children until a security officer could come to change the lock.

We just got back from a long President's Day February 2008) weekend trip to the Inner Harbour. This Hotel was just perfect for my husband and I plus our 2 year old son. I it located across the street from the harbour and has a walkway connecting them together. The hotel is also connected to a wonderful shopping complex thru a door at the front lobby area. You can not beat the location. Our check-in was very easy and smooth. They gave us a larger room on the 9th floor because it ws farther away from the elevator. The room was huge with a king size bed, desk, 2 tv's, a whole living room, and a mini kitchen area. The best part was the two walls of windows. My son spent so much time watching the traffic below. The room was very clean and the staff was very quick and responsive. You were always greeted with a smile by the cleaning ladies while walking thru the halls. The room service was very good also. My son also enjoyed the indoor pool on the 7th floor. It was a nice size pool with a lifeguard, a whirpool, and a sauna. It was a nice way to end the day. I have stayed at a lot of hotels....and this was one of my favorites. We plan on going back and can't wait to stay here again!

Upon arriving at 2:30 PM we were advised that our room was not ready. We were finally allowed to check into our room at 5 PM. The hotel elevators were extreemly slow and unable to handle the guest capacity so we choose to utilize the stairs from our 8th floor room. In utilizing the West stair well, specifically between the 5th & 4th floors (kitchen & dining are located on the 4th floor), is was evident due to the massive amounts of discarded cigarette butts and trash this was the unofficial break area for the dining and wait staff. The stair well was absolutely filthy. Sunday morning there were used discarded condoms in the stair well. I guess the cooks were having a little desert. Glad we did not eat at the restaurant! The location was great but I will avoid this and other Renaissance Hotels at all costs in the future.

Location! Right off the Baltimore harbor, awesome! TV remote didn't work, maintenance changed the battery, excellent! Location! Right off the Baltimore harbor, awesome view! Right across the street from everything! The ESPN zone, the mall, the aquarium all the restaurants and more!

This hotel has an excellent location. All Inner Harbor activities within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and have nice "extras" such as upscale soaps and shampoos. The beds are very, very comfortable. The pool was clean, had a life guard on duty and offered life vests and swim toys for the kids.

The Renaissance Harborside was very convenient to every place we wanted to go. Camden Yards, Aquarium, restaurants. We walked everyplace and had no hassle trying to find places in a car. The beds were very comfortable. We were however sur- prised with the price of room that you had to ask for a refrigera- tor in the room. We took our 11 year old grandson and all of us had a great experience.

This hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Harbor. There was only one choice for breakfast- very expensive with a 11/2 hour wait for breakfast. Lots of families with young children were very unhappy

I reserved a non-smoking roomwith 2 queen beds by phone, but upon checking in found only a king-size bed for me and my family to share. When I called the front desk, they told me that was all they had and that my reservations were ""reccomendations"" and not guarentees. That was never mentioned when I made the reservation, but I later found it on the bottom of my email confirmation. I was told by the bell hop that this occurs quite often. I opted not to stay and only then was I given the room I wanted.

I happen to be pretty happy with this hotel.The overall experience was very good. The mall is attached, the walk bridge takes you to the food and harbor. This hotel is not hard to find and has parking avalible. Parking wasnt mentioned so if you're driving add around $165.00 for 5 days. Very clean and friendly and helpful.

Outstanding value. Excellent service. Top notch hotel in perfect location. Not overly impressed with breakfast at restaurant, so didn't return. We loved this hotel so much on our first night that we bid on two more nights. The people were unbelievably friendly and helpful, the facility was beautiful and impeccably clean. Great atmosphere, great location. We got the room at a quarter of the going rate and were thrilled!
