Although it is away from the center and shopping areas,The rooms are tastefully furnished and the personnel is friendly and helpful. it even has a huge swimming pool. The price was very reasonable specially the weekend rate. I'm going back this year and will stay in this hotel again.

Rooms are not very spacious, but o.k., Staff is very friendly and effective. Location is very convenient if travelling by car. With public transport it takes about 30 min. to the Düsseldorf fair or to the city center. Despite being close to a highway, it is not very noisy, windows are excellent. Breakfast buffet is extraordinary for this price, great choice and good quality (e.g. fresh juices).

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is a greatfor your money, if you book it on priceline. However, the internet is very expensive to use, the business center is located behind reception counter in a very small room and there is only one computer. Bring your own water because water bottles in the room are very expensive.

Friendly staff. Location a bit far out of city centre, a little dated. Hotel is a little dated for a Renaissance hotel. Rooms clean but again dated. Staffwere friendly and accomodating. Ate in the bar.

The bed was nice. Ugly furnishings, old fashioned (1970's), expensive breakfast (25 Euros), outrageous internet price. This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing close by except for the Mercedes and Smart car factories. Very ugly location. Nothing fun to do. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Cozy and comfortable feeling. Very small bed, ca. 130 cm. Nice room, but the bed really too small. I had an impression that the room was prepared for one person, not for two. After calling the front desk, we have received the second pair of sleepers and another robe, but the bed wasn't enlarged.

Extremely friendly and helpful personnel. No fridge in room, relatively high parking costs/10 Euros. We enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance Dsseldorf. It is close to Dsseldorf Airport and excellent for an early morning flight. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the personnel is extremely friendly and helpful.

Bar. Dated rooms, bad location, bad gym, extra for sauna. We were very disappointed with this hotel in many ways. It's not in central dusseldorf as stated. Old, dated rooms with bad decor.

Hotel staff & the size of the room. Excellent staff.

Very nice rooms and very clean. Direct to hotel are very poor and it was difficult to find without calling. Hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean. Directions given on website were hard to understand and follow. We were there for an opera and this location was not very convenient for that nor for the metro. Would better suit business travelers.

Staff was really great. A distance from the center al-Sadat. Difficult to reach by public trans from/to airport but one there easy to trait to city center. Great staffing & services.

Spacious rooms, pretty atmosphere, very comfortable and safe. Air conditioning did not seem to work; also, light switches were confusing. This is a beautiful hotel located near the airport as well as downtown with a pretty entrance drive and facilities. There are lots of cafes, bakeries, and convenience stores just around the corner as well as some good restaurants. We went jogging every day on the many nearby trails and parks. The hotel bar, restaurant, and meeting facilities are gorgeous; however, it wasn't well equipped to handle 110v appliances, and the air conditioning could never get the room quite cool enough. Be prepared to pay $E12 a day for wireless internet access and also for use of the sauna, although the heated pool is free of charge.

Madams in the reception desk were very kind and nice and patient. No free drinking waters and breakfast seems a little expensive than its value.

Very Nice and only minutes with street train far from Oldtown and River Rhein! Old looking Hotel, but inside very nice and comfortable. Rooms are big and clean. Stuff very friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast (much more different items than in the US! on 6 th floor) , Breakfast Buffet at first floor. Very good and long open Cafe/Bar at the first floor (Prefer MajTaj Cocktail !! Hmmhhh!!). With Streettrain No 1 (One Way Ticket 2 ' and 4 Way ticket 6.40 ') to Oldtown, River Rhein, Shopping paradise "Konigsallee" etc. only 10 minutes far from this wonderful Sightseeings.Dusseldorf is a wonderful town for good living = with much restaurants, pubs, cafe's..... in the Oldtown. Please taste a original Dusseldorfer beer (Urige, Fuchsen, Schumacher...) you will be feeling like in heaven.

The bus station is five minutes from the hotel and after 10 minutes you are in the old town. We paid ' 18 for breakfast each day per person. That's too much. The hotel is very quiet and not far from the old town when you go by bus or car. The park house is not from the hotel but you can pay the fee ' 10 per night there. Parkings around the hotel is not able.

Easy access on/off autobahns. Expensive internet access, no ATM on premises. Excellent staff at front desk, very helpful when asking directions or any other question. Room and rest of hotel up to typical Renaissance high standards. On-site restaurants serve great food. Location is very convenient for those with a car (on ramp to autobahn is literally down the street) and a tram line is just one block away.
