Beautiful hotel! It is a must for anybody that is into physical fitness. The gym is spectacular! My husband and I wished we could have stayed longer! Well worth every penny!

The staff were the most friendly & attentive I've seen in the U.S. The room was not thoroughly cleaned (dirty glasses, vanity top). The decor is beautiful and modern. The restaurant is excellent, and the express is properly made and served (but if you order at the coffee bar they serve it in a paper cup!) with especially good and inexpensive breakfast items. The setting is beautiful and quiet, and parking is very convenient. Most of all, the staff are 100% friendly and helpful. It's the best service this side of Thailand, I'd say.

Beautiful facility with colorful motif throughout, great place for fit people! Lots for kids to do. Location is far from where we were staying, but that is Calif. Tolls to get there were costly if you come and go like we did! Walking into the lobby was like walking into a pallate of color! Totally amazed by the work out facility that was offered with our stay. The pool is huge, and the bar was a fun stop on the way back to the room after a long drive. Staff is great starting with the valet parking to the people working the sign in at the gym. Wanted the room done up again and the maids were very accomodating. The room was big by most standards and the beds were comfy. The only drawback was having to pay tolls coming($1.75)and going ($2) especially since we were visiting relatives in Dana Point and had to come and go several times. Overall, great place to stay especially if you are training for a race as I will do in a few months or needing an area for the family to hang out! Definitely would recommend to all.

I loved the fitness facilities! It's state-of-the-art, clean, and well-attended. Friendly and helpful staff. Charged for parking. All staff were very friendly and helpful. All venues in the facility were kept neat and clean. Chef and servers in the restaurant were very open to working with my dietary needs, and the food's preparation and presentation were excellent. I would definitely stay at the Renaissance Sport Club in Aliso Viejo again.

They charge for parking: ridiculous. Nice new rooms and nice workout facility.

Fantastic gym, attractive, & comfortable room. We liked everything about this hotel! This is a Marriott-quality hotel with state of the art gym, with some nice resort touches (outdoor lounge with sofas, and fire pit). Although mainly a business stay hotel, we were there over a weekend, had a great time, loved the great gym, and enjoyed drinks around the fire pit. We hope Price line puts us there again!

The decor/ambiance, the pool, the sauna, the food and the landscaping. This hotel has it all but great service at the restaurant and bar. The design/decor, the pool and the food, the ambiance, the service at the spa and the landscaping.

The shower was excellent and bed was comfortable with a great comforter.

Was new and clean, great gym and coffee bar. Parking was expensive for the area.

Room service was quick. The room was just OK. The tub they kept talking about was just a bath tub, I was under the impression that 2 people would fit. Check in isn't until 4:00 pm which I thought was kind of late. Seems like its more geared towards people who want to work out, even decor in the room.

Clean, new, health club for families. Staff doesn't quite get what 4 star service entails. Aclean, new spa hotel with complete fitness club in the middle of a new office park. No amenities nearby. 4-star service was lacking including no turn-down, skimpy in-room coffee service, no fridge or honor bar. Great if you want to work out, swim, sunbathe, and watch local mom's dump their kids at the daycare while they go and work out at the fitness club classes.

Very clean and updated. The staff was very helpful in suggesting local places to see. I was not familiar with the area so did not know what to expect. The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. We were unable to take advantage of the facilities but from our window it looked beautiful and the gym looked great. The evening we arrived we took the staff's advice and went dancing in Laguna Beach. Would definitely go back.

Altra chic and modern design! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very nice. Beds had down pillows, comforters. Being on a business trip I wish I had time to enjoy the health club.

Amazing gym with basket ball, racquet ball, squash, etc. Nothing, very nice place. This was an excellent hotel. Large bathrooms, comfortable beds with pillow top mattress, new, amazing and fully complemented gymnasium, fitness center with basketball, raquetball and squash courts that were professional quality. My two teenagers are eager to go back already!

Clean, convenient, comfortable bed. Since we were on the 2nd floor, we could hear the music in the bar until late. Nice. If we'd had more time, the pool seemed nice. On a Friday night, the music kept us up late (we had our baby with us).

Very clean and inviting. The 10 dollar a day self parking. Very friendly staff and very good food choices. Loved your starbucks lattes and drinks. Would love to see more nature or organic food choices next visit.
