We loved the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we got was very clean; it would have been nice to have a view of the mountains, but our room overlooked the back of the hotel & highway - which wasn't too bad. I'd definately stay here again.

The bedroom window had an unobstructed view of the sunrise. The dishes from our room service breakfast stayed outside our door for several hours. Beautiful thoughtful, and tasteful decorations right down to the little dog symbols in the sofa fabric! I was very impressed by the grandeur of it! My room was larger than I expected and gave me the comfortable feeling of being at home. I came in at night but was pleasantly struck in the morning by the coordination of the room's design, furnishings and art work! I will stay here again!

Luxury bedding, great view. Looking forward to staying there again as soon as we can. World's greatest key lime pie!

Perfect choice- would definitely stay here again. Great location, beautiful hotel, very reasonably priced. Staff upgraded our room to mountain view and responded to every request promptly and professionally. So quiet it was almost like we were the only ones on our floor.

Its proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Can't think of anything. The hotel is beautifully decorated which gives it a very comfortable feel. It has many enjoyable amenities such as pool, exercise room, hot tub etc. My wife and I had a very enjoyable weekend and would not hesitate to stay here once again.

This is a nicely decorated newish hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The swimming pool/hot tub were really nice and it has the best fitness center I've seen in a hotel. It's located next to a major mall which has a shuttle service so you can leave the car at the hotel.

Looked around the hotel area and it was very nice, we would consider going back what we did not like was that there was a wedding on one of the nights we were there and a bunch of the people hung out at the spa area and we could not go enjoy the spa...big disappointment. We had a lot of running to do in a short amount of time so we did not get to spend as much time at the hotel itself as we would have liked so hopefully we can go back there some time. They should have microwaves in the rooms.

Outstanding customer service and friendliness, very clean, attractive and comfortable hotel and rooms, wonderful food, near many useful stores. We love everything about it! This is my husband's and my third stay at this hotel and it's our very favorite. Customer service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to serve you. The hotel itself is very attractive and the rooms are impeccably clean. Many wonderful stores to shop in right across the street. Food is excellent. Even when busy, our room is quiet and we have a good sleep.

Great service, lots of small details that made it special and left us feeling well cared for. Personalized and friendly desk staff.

Great location - North of Denver, across from the Flat Iron Crossings Mall. Food was aweful, restaurant hours & room service hours werelimited. The hotel is good for a business traveler but worked for my holiday trip - in the part of town I needed to be in. The best thing about this hotel was it was a nice clean hotel in the part of town we needed to be in and seemed like a very nice part of town. Hardly anyone was staying at the hotel; it seemed a virtual ghost town. In-room coffee was horrible - bought our own but the housekeeping didn't refill our sugar packets or stir sticks & housekeeping didn't even empty the ice bucket or refill the plastic liners. Restaurant hours were limited - we arrived from the airport at 9:45 pm and the restaurant was closing at 10:00 with room service & bar closing at 11:00 - bar menu more limited than the room service so ordered room service before kitchens shut down. Food fair. Also because of holidays restaurant was going to start closing even earlier. One of the reasons for staying at a higher star level hotel is the expectation of having 24 hour room service esp. when arriving late. One morning had breakfast - the toast tasted dry & stale & the scrambled eggs were tasteless. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room which we stocked with our own beverages & snacks as the vending machine on our floor was out of what we wanted to drink. The lobby is very pleasant with a nice fire pit style fireplace in the bar area just off the lobby. If housekeeping were better and if the food were to be much improved then this review would be quite positive.

By far, one of the best hotels in the Broomfield/Denver area. The rooms are spacious with extra amenities. And if you don't feel like staying in your room, the restaurant and lounges are relaxing and comfortable...not to mention gorgeous.

Everything was as expected. Outdoor parking meant scraping ice off windshield in morning. The hotel was great except there was no underground parking. This meant that I spent the better part of 30 minutes in the morning scraping ice off my windshield.

Location. Did not have any amenities (no coffee in lobby). Had to pay for everything other than room. Staff was very unfriendly. Would not recommend. From the time of arrival until we checked out the staff was not helpful in any way. I've had better accommodations in economy lodging. Definitely would not stay here again & would not recommend to anyone.

The Renaissance Hotel was very nice and the hotel staff were superb. Trouble with the internet connection in my room was fixed in five minutes, transportation to and from our event (a wedding) was arranged for us with minimal hassle, and the overall ambience of the restaurant and bar were all excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfortable (very firm mattress).

Very helpful and friendly. They did not have a sign to hang at the door of the room and the bride and groom got walked in on twice. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were great! The hotel was close to a nice mall and nice restaurants!

Everything. I just wish it had an outdoor pool. This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The room was great, the bed was wonderful, the bedding was superb. The staff was above average and the restaurant was so delicious. I can't wait to stay there again.

The room and bed were outstanding. The restaurant was fairly expensive. We did not eat there during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located to the Denver area. The hotel, the room, the staff was all great.

Beds were good. Staff was disorganized. Coffee maker in the room was gone and they brought us a dirty one that didn't work with the coffee. Construction in the lobby and compared to the other hotels in the area this one does not compete. It is definitely a three star hotel. The room is relatively small. The TV is 10-15 years old. The coffee maker in the room was missing and when I called downstairs it took 20 minutes to get a coffee maker and then it was dirty and didn't work with the coffee they supplied. It's not a bad place just not a 4 star property.
