the room was newly built. The room was very comfortable . the rate was fare..

The room was incredibly small and dark. The television had terrible reception. The bathroom was dirty (other people's hair in the sink) and there was a hole in the wall above the sink that had been very sloppily mended. We paid $100 for the room and were definitely ripped off! The air conditioner was loud and due to the size of the room intolerably intrusive yet the window was tiny and therefore could not let in enough air to allow us to turn off the air conditioner. This place was truly awful.
