Nothing at all. Bad location, bad part of town, not good for a business traveler. This is not a two star rating. This is not for a Single Female traveling on business. I did not feel safe or felt the room was clean. I got another room in a better part of town.

Not the fanciest of places but very clean!!! We came in for a cycling event and were very impressed. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Hotel wasn't that bad but the location was shady, front desk was friendly, room could use de-roaching and some painting.

Clean, great staff, easy to find. Bad location (neighborhood). The rooms and linen were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. As a single woman traveling alone, safety is a critical issue.

As we drove into Albany, we were scared at how the area looked. However, the Relax Inn was clean and spacious, and the front desk personel were so kind and helpful. The directions we had to get there were complicated. Overall, we were pretty glad it was the Relax Inn we stayed in rather than the other hotels nearby.

I wasn't killed. Broken shower, bad pillows, broken door, etc. The environment was shabby, far below the last two-star hotel we stayed at (Hampton Inn Suites). The shower had a broken handle. The pillows were terrible. The door was broken and very hard to lock and in a bad neighborhood, no less. Supplies were not replenished during our two-day stay.

We were in the area for a state track meet, and unable to find other hotels available. The relax in was one of the best hotels in the area in which it was located. Surrounded by a lower economy area, it seemed to be the sunshine amongst the gloom. The front desk was so polite and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, and the A/C was working well. We seemed to enjoy the stay in spite of the area it was located in. We would go there again, because of the service, the clean rooms and the price.

Comfortable, quiet and friendly staff. Was not warned about "free" porn channel. Did not appreciate that at all. Overall, was a good hotel (with the exception of the porn channel) good thing I didn't have kids with me! Comfortable, quiet and friendly staff.

Nothing. Dirty, broken appliances, no internet connections, broken deadbolt on door. Our deadbolt was broken off the door, the carpets were dirty, the coffee pot was broken and still had old coffee in it, the shower towel bar was removed, leaving two holes in its place. There were only 2 washcloth/towel sets for a room that sleeps 4 people. The comforter on the bed had a 1.5" hole from a presumed cigarette burn. When we checked out the following morning, it was clear that we had awakened the desk clerk from bed. This was in a very shady part of town; I live in Brooklyn, NY and feel safer here than I did at the Relax Inn of Albany, GA. This was a former Ramada Inn with signage still lying around the premises.

The price and breakfast. Nice employees, clean rooms, and cordial services. Would stay there again.
