Villa Valfiore lies in an ideal setting for both business and leisure time: situated in a charming, quiet position at the foot of the hills of Bologna, it is just a few kilometres away from the medieval city and all the strategic infrastructures it offers, such as the trade fair centre and the airport. Villa Valfiore is a residence set within gardens planted with centuries-old trees, right in the quiet heart of the countryside yet just outside the gates of the city. The large underground car park provides direct access to the Villa and its facilities, without interfering in any way with the splendid Mediterranean garden. The quiet, peaceful rooms are enhanced by elegantly crafted antique-style furnishings, in shades of grey and taupe. Whether you are staying inside the Villa itself, in the nearby guest quarters or the separate annex, you will have the chance to admire the beautiful variety of plants in the garden and to gaze out over the hills of Bologna. Almost all of the bathrooms have large windows that look out onto the large, centuries-old gardens of the Villa, and the rooms are superbly decorated, with exquisite attention to detail: from the cushions in linen and Egyptian cotton to the fresh flowers and the courtesy items. The solar panels installed on the roof are sufficient to heat all the water the hotel uses, while under floor heating and air conditioning ensures a consistent, comfortable temperature throughout the complex. Four types of room are available: single, standard double, classic double and superior double. Three areas in Villa Valfiore are devoted to meetings and events. Whatever the solution chosen, the Villa is ideal for meetings and conferences regardless of whether the participants are staying in the Villa or come from outside it. The three rooms are suitable for events, training courses and encounters and lessons. The wellness centre of Villa Valfiore is spread over much of the gardens, in an area specially designed and built at the time the Villa was renovated.
