Rooms: Within the Masseria there are trullo apartments and others with stone vaulted ceilings. All have been renovated and restored in the old, traditional way by stone masons known as 'trullari'.

Superior Trullo (2 pax) - This accommodation is the most characteristic in the whole complex; composed of a double bedroom, panoramic mezzanine in the cupola, en suite bathroom and lounge corner. It is decorated with care and a romantic touch.
Historical Centre Trullo (2 people) - This trullo is located in the heart of the historic centre of Alberobello, in a quiet and comfortable area. Recently renovated, it is the ideal accommodation for those wishing to travel without a car and enjoy the traditional atmosphere of Trullis.
It includes a double bed, fully-equipped cooking corner and a bathroom (with shower).
Dining: Lunch or dinner can be booked at a restaurant 400 metres from the masseria, where local produce and typical regional dishes can be enjoyed, such as: lamb involtini 'gnumred suffuchet', cheeses and cured meats from the Itria Valley, the famous orecchiette and many other dishes.
Olive oil from Masseria Rosa may be purchased, as well as and other local products. In June, when the cherries are ripe, you will be able to 'pick your own'.
