I was attending the 16th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Moot Arbitration as a volunteer judge/arbitrator. The hotel was within walking distance of the venues I needed to attend, or a short taxi-ride away. The hotel provided quality accommodation at an affordable rate. The buffet breakfasat every morning was tasty and filling. The cafe/restaurant/bar featured Austrian and Vieneese dishes and a daily fixed price lunch and dinner menu. One could dine either inside or outside on the comfortable terrace to the front corner of the hotel. My only disappointment was that smoking is allowed in the cafe/restaurant/bar, and one may have to dine in the smoking section if the non-smoking section is full. The service in the cafe/restaurant/bar was excellent. After my first evening meal I was recognized and warmly welcomed by the wait staff each time I dined. It appeared to be a popular dining spot for locals. The front desk was helpful when I asked for directions and the staff provided me with maps to guide me. The mini-bar in my room was well stocked and replenished every day. My room and en-suite bathroom were spotlessly cleaned every day at the times I wanted the room serviced. I could watch two English-language cable TV channels in my room: CNN International and BBC Prime. A taxi rank was situated just opposite the hotel's front doors. I reserved the hotel's private car in order to get to the airport by 6:30 a.m. for my return flight to the United States. Although it was about 5-10 Euros more expensive than a taxi, I did not have any hassle getting to the aiirport on time as at 6:00 a.m. there were no taxis at the taxi rank which, of course, the hotel cannot control. The hot and cold buffet breakfast inlcuded in my room fee was not served until 6:30 a.m., so the front desk arranged for a cold packed breakfast to be prepared for me that I was able to collect after my 5:00 a.m. wake up call and eat in my room before my departure. All in all I had a very pleasant

The HOTEL is very good and in a good location,near subway and within walkng distance of the city centre. There was one problem we were in room 106 which is facing onto a very busy main street. The room was quite warm at night but with the noise level it was not possible to open a window. The rooms themselves are very small. However, I would stay there again and request a room in some other part of the hotel.

Wireless internet service should be provided free of charge to all guests, available in guest rooms. Other than this the hotel provided excellent service and was a reasonable value.

The normal roomprices are to high in relation to the quality. When booked through other organisations the price/quality is good. Wireless internat is a dissaster. Don't park your car in the neighbourhood the police has no consideration. The bar / restaurant is very classy / cosy but the choice is poor.

Very clean and comfortable. Good postion in relation to public transport. Airconditioned. Excellent breakfasts. Good meals in the restaurant. Counter staff were generally very good. One who was particularly unhelpful could do with some extra training regarding the needs of families with young children. *Austria needs to ban smoking in restaurants*

The hotel is situated in a good location just on the innercity outskirts with good transport links to other areas and the airport. The staff and clenliness of the hotel was good however the size of the room and bathroom were below expectation and rather cramped. The breakfast as the other reviews suggest was good as is the hotel restaurant ROTH however a vegetarian will struggle in the hotel and the city to find something not cheese based.

Excellent location, good breakfast, expert service, no noise from other rooms or corridor, the only minus comes from really noisy air-conditioning
