Regency Suites Hotel's rooms are great for families with kitchen area and dressing room outside of bathroom. Very nice staff. Breakfast was adequate.

Nice staff, very helpful and clean dining area. Hotel was mostly clean and staff was excellent at front desk. Hotel was in walking distance of one restaurant down the street.

We booked a King Room with a Sofa-bed. When we arrived, we were told that there was NO KIng Room available and were given only a Queen-Bed room - without any compensations in return. We paid * per night (only * needed for a Queen-Bed room) but got a * room. In addition, they charged a * for parking.

We selected this hotel based on its location which was close to the King Tut exhibit at the Atlanta Civic Center and the China Warriors exhibit at the High Museum. As part of our selection, we looked at location, price, and room amenities. While the area was excellent, finding the hotel even with GPS was a nightmare. The TV didn't work in our room and we had to repack up and move to another room without any assistance from management. We did not receive the complimentary newspaper but I can report the room was clean and I would say just average. The outside noise level was terrible with tons of traffic noise. Breakfast was very good, but when they say over at 10am they mean just that. One worker was taking up things a couple of minutes early and you had to rush to get anthing else you might have needed. My next stay in Atlanta will not be at the Regency.

The location was perfect! The atmosphere was very safe and comfortable. TheAC had to be set to 50 to come on and the toilet ran all night. Other than that, it was a nice one night stay.

I chose the Regency Suites Midtown based on reviews on this site and was not disappointed. The best thing was the location as the train station is literally next to it and it was an easy ride from the airport. If you are staying for a few days you might just purchase a multi-day pass at the airport train station as you can get anywhere in Atlanta on this system. The hotel was clean, pleasant and the staff some of the friendliest, nicest people I have encountered in my many travels. From suggestions for restaurants, to solving an internet connection problem, it seemed they couldn't do enough for us.

It was right next door to Marta, if you like walking in Atlanta this is the place to be. Very easy for visitors to fiend the hotel and I walked every ware. The staff was very friendly . The wear very helpful in directions, getting taxi and free breakfast was a nice added bonus nothing big, but it was just nice to know that they offer something to hold you over till you got in the flying bucket. The room was huge had a fridge and an almost full kitchen, very good for storing leftovers and heating food. Over all I would stay their a gane it was just easy.

We wanted a convenient location for visiting the museums and aquarium. We are originally from the Metro-Atlanta area and knew the vicinity. The hotel was convenient to MARTA and provided exactly what we needed for a quick two night stay. We do wish that the breakfast had a few more choices. Way too much sugar and no real cereal choices. The kitchenette could have been used, but we were on Spring Break. Didn't want to lug food with us. We did feel safe and found the staff pleasant.

Everything was great! Nothing. I love how everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was very clean and nice. I will be coming back soon and this will be the only hotel that I will stay in every time I go to Atlanta.

Overall not a bad hotel. The location was excellent- literally just a minute away from the Marta Midtown station, so getting around the city was a breeze. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been friendlier. They took us back to the Amtrak station in the hotel shuttle van free of charge, which was a really nice convenience. My only complaints are that we were on the side of the hotel closest to the street and the noise from the traffic got pretty bad at times. Also, the walls inside must be a bit on the thin side, because you could hear every conversation being had in the hallways. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and kind of sloped at the sides- I felt like I was going to roll off every time I got in bed; and the pillows were poor quality- thin, flat, with feathers poking through. I can't say that I hated it, but I don't think I'd stay there again.

The hotel was great. Better than expected. Loved the room- very spacious and the bathroom area was beautiful. Kitchen area had fridge, microwave, etc. Breakfast had great variety. Very impressed. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again!!

Great location! My boyfriend and I used to live in Atlanta and we were in town for only one night. The hotel is adjacent to the midtown MARTA station, so getting to/from airport is very easy (we drove, but this would have been a great option if we hadn't). Really close to great attractions - Piedmont Park is 3/4 of a mile away, Cresent Ave (bars) are only a few blocks north, great food in easy walking distance in any direction. Long story short, the location is perfect for a great night in the city! The room itself was small and basic, but everything that we needed. The only hiccup was that the air conditioning didn't work, we called down to the front desk and they brought up a fan (very friendly staff!), and it was January, so we just opened up the window.

I liked the location and the staff there was very friendly. The parking was horrible for the price you have to pay. The hotel was very nice. It met my expectations. It would be a great place to stay if I were traveling for business. It was close to many restaurants and easy access to the interstates and highways.

My husband and two small children stayed at the Regency Suites for a church convention last August. The location and room were excellent - very convienient. We waited till the the last minute to book and ended up with a great deal. Free continental breakfast worked well - we didn't have to get the kids up and out early. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great. There's a large closet and extra shelving in the outer bath space - great for kids and extra stuff. Underground parking's an extra $15/day - but it's very convenient. Minor inconvenience due to water problem in room - fixed quickly but note: no housekeeping after hours. We got a great rate on a travel website that was lower than the hotel's site and 4 other travel websites - even including parking. Will plan to stay here again unless we get a better deal somewhere else!

We enjoyed our walk to the Fox Theater (matinee) from this hotel, and to dinner afterwards-- nice accommodations, excellent service, and it was great to leave the car parked in the garage for most of the weekend!

while the room was large and comfortable, it was terribly noisy. the hotel had very few guests, but we gor aroom on the third floor next to a busy road and transit station. at four a.m. the buses started running and we really could not sleep after that. the clerks response was they knew it was noisy on that side and would have moved us.

room was great and love the bathroom and breakfast but could not recieve the free dinner because I did not book throught them. Many of the Midtown shops are close on Mondays but the Marta rail is next door so u can go to other place but overall the hotel was great.

We stayed here for the SEC championship game and had a nice stay. The Marta station is right out side the door, you do not need a car here. It took us 20 minutes to get from baggage claim to the hotel. Rooms were large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice. Not a lot to eat close by. If the weather's nice, then the walk to restaurants is nice though. Publix and liquor store are a short walk.
