AgainBooked hotel as looked nice and clean and value for money, we wasn't let down on that side. We were made to feel very welcome and the manager and Abu could not do enough for us. I will be staying there again on my next visit and have no hesiation in highly recomending the Regency Hotel to friends colleagues and family.

The communal areas of the hotel were ok but our room was poorly fitted with poor facilities. Furniture was old, inadequate and shabby with a wardrobe which looked as though it would fall down if any clothing were put in it. The bedding was clean and changed daily but the curtains would not even close properly. The proprietor and staff were all friendly and were making an effort but seemed not to realise that guests require much higher standards of furnishings even if only staying for a short period.

The standard of the hotel was excellent. Brad and all his staff were helpful and friendly.The atmosphere was very relaxing and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. The food was fantastic ! We hope to visit again in the near future.

Overall I had a pleasant stay at the Regency Royal hotel in Llandudno. However, I think it would be helpful for guests to know that the rooms aren't serviced each day. I came back to my room at the end of my first day to find my bed still unmade. Also, there are no telephones in the guest rooms..
