Freeway access. This hotel wasn't so bad. The owner was very nice and it looks as though they really try to keep the place up. However, it still has that old smell to it which was fine for the amount of time we spent there (about 7 hours). We just needed a place to lay our heads for the night on our way to Sedona.

No coffee loud fan in bath broken remote control. We will never stay here again, the staff was very friendly but the hotel room was very neglected. We had a very loud fan in the bathroom the upstairs guest you could here walking around all night is was not a quiet room at all. We had a broken remote control no sugar for the coffee maker only one towel in the bathroom. It was in an area with no restraunts .

Location. Spotted or dirty looking carpet. Great location, freely staff and comfortable.

Quiet, clean, nice furnishings, roomy, refrigerator & micro, adequate breakfast, & swimming pool. This was an older hotel, but nicely kept, clean, & convenient. Air freshner in first room offended my allergies, so manaager graciously gave us a second room & made sure we were satisfied. It was in a safe area, easy to find. I would definitely reccomend this hotel.

Price, friendliness of staff. Shelf space in bathroom, water quality, towels stained. The staff was very friendly. Changed our room due to offending odor in first room. Carpets were not up to cleanliness standard (stained). Needed more shelf space in bathroom. Some towels had stains on them.

Beautiful facility. Town was dirty, lots of homeless/panhandlers. This is a beautiful facility with a friendly staff. It was like an oasis. Too bad the town was so dirty and there were panhandlers everywhere.

I was surpised at house nice the room was for the price. No private porch or balcony. The staff was competent, I had high speed wireless internet in my room and the room itself had recently been renovated to look similar in decor to more pricey hotels. TheAC was a bit noisy, but worked well, and the shower was great. The cable TV was good as well as the mini fridge and microwave. There was a pool but I didn't use it.

It was fairly clean, and the desk help was nice. No hot water, bad odors, moved to three different rooms in 2 days. Had to move to 3 different rooms in 2 days, no hot water, bad odors in 2 rooms, management was clueless in getting us a hot shower.
