The Select Inn Faribault, MN was very nice and comfortable. The room was very clean, the staff was pleasant. I like the hair dryer in the room, less to pack. Nice neighborhood, a gorgeous city. I highly recommend this motel.

The hotel advertised internet access. This turned out to be a single computer in the lobby. The husband of the desk clerk, with their small child in his lap, was using the computer for recreation. I needed to use a computer to check in for a flight. I politely asked him if he would mind if I used the computer for a few minutes. His reply: I'm using it. The husband of the hotel clerk hanging out in the hotel lobby while she is on duty, tying up the computer and not allowing it to be used by paying guests. Nice. One more thing: the ice machine was broken.
