Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past 12 years! Had I not been there for early morning business I would have cancelled upon seeing the room. Other hotels were filled with Spring Breakers so choices were limited. Do not be misled by the pic on the website or the glowing review. The Health Department should shut this hotel. It was disgusting. -- Nothing like the dozens of other hotels I have stayed in, in Destin and other Florida cities during business trips.

Non smoking room had no smoke smell to it. Much appreciated. Nice park across street. Breakfast provided was pecan rolls/Cinnamon buns in a package. Hotel was being remodeled while we were there.

The Regency Inn was not comfortable it had no fire alarm in my room the fridge was making noise all night there was a whole in the curtain covered with a band aid. There was one alright pillow with two really thin pillows I did not care for this room at all and wish I didn't pay as much as I did for it and would not recommend this hotel and wished i stayed somewhere else

The first night of my stay was great, I was a little afraid because I was staying by myself at night. The second night there, I kept hearing banging noises on the wall, and when I went to leave the room that next morning, someone had covered up my peephole! And my boyfriend found a key laying outside my door, as if someone was trying to get in. Upon alerting the owner, there was no cameras so there was no way to know who was getting that close to my room. The staff did however, move me to a new room closer to the front desk. My only complaint is that there be cameras in every corner of the hotel. But overall the staff was friendly and the rooms were fine.

Honesty of the manager Free continental breakfast was virtually non existent. The bed was extremely hard. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke. It consisted of a piece of bread, and a box of cereal.

When we walked into our room, the light switch did not work to turn the lights on. I had to go in and find a lamp that worked only 2 out the 4 worked. The room smelled like mild dew. The sheets were damp. The hairdryer did not work. The view out our window(which I have a photo of, is a dump nice way to view Florida)The so called breakfast was stale donuts and coffee. When we asked for a hair dryer the office attendant said they did not have one to replace it, so we were going to get our own. We were in town for a funeral and at that point had enough and decided to find a different hotel. Do not waste your time..

The person that checked me in was extremely competent and friendly. Did not feel as safe (since I am a female traveler) as I would have like to have felt.

The management was horrible. We were given the last room available and it was absolutely disgusting. There was mold everywhere, old food on top of the refrigerator, tape all over the ceiling, which we were guessing was from a previous party, there was a random mattress just lying in the television room, and the faucet was stopped up with hair. We called to talk to the manager twice, and were not given any helpful information.

Family oriented, and we felt safe. The pool was not big enough. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The employees were very polite and courteous. The only thing that the children did not like was the pool was not big enough.

Friendly, good location andfairly clean room. Needed some painting and fixing of the bathroom such as paint, replace fixtures. Good location, friendly personnel, helpful personnel. The breakfast could have had fresh fruit and more of a selection of breakfast items. The stay was pleasant but it was only for one night.

When I checked in, the front desk staff was very friendly. We stayed for 2 days and the shower was broken. We had to take baths, which was horrible. The front desk staff was friendly. However, the room was in very poor condition. The shower was broken which forced us to take baths while we were there. The pool was entirely too small for the amount of rooms the hotel had. It smelled horrible and there were many burns in the comforter, the bed was very hard which killed my back, and there were huge iron burns all over the carpet.

Convenience, fridge and microwave in room andking bed. The morning worker was not as pleasant and did not want to do anything about our broken hairdryer. I believe because of its location it should have some kind of nightly security, we were woken many times throughout the night by loud talking, screaming in the parking lot by teens that drove in and out through the night, besides being constantly woken, we feared for our car which also led to not getting much rest. These teens were in a large group and were staying in the hotel.

Amenities fridge, ironing board, hair dryer andKing size comfortable bed. Nothing. Great location, close to shopping and beach with nice public park across street. Great restaurants within walking distance.
