The Regency House hotel is located in the city centre, at the junction of Penang Road and Oxley Road, between Fort Canning Park and the famous Orchard Road. The shopping centres Park Mall and Plaza Singapura, which house several dinning and entertainment attractions, are a 5-mintue walk from the hotel. Also 5 to 10 minutes' walk away are the Chicago Graduate Business School, Fort Canning Park and the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station (the underground subway and interchange). It is a mere 3-minute ride downtown to Orchard Road, Singapore's shopping paradise, and Clarke Quay, a trendy riverside development with an exciting nightlife featuring a variety of restaurants, bars and riverside dinning. A 5 to 8-minute drive away guests will find Chinatown and Little India. Istana Park can be reached in 3 minutes on foot, and the Singapore National Museum is a 12-minute walk away. The Keppel Train Station and Singapore Cruise Centre are a mere 10 to 12-minute drive away. The Changi International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

This air-conditioned, 10-storey classic building comprises 87 residences, including studios, two and three-bedroom apartments. There is a reception desk in the lobby which provides guests with services, including arranging laundry and dry cleaning (fees apply), childcare services upon request and guest programmes for in-house residents to get to know each other. There is also an exclusive breakfast lounge, a business centre, lift access and a car park. Other services include complimentary WLAN Internet access at the lobby, daily maid service (except Sundays & public holidays), 24-hour maintenance and guest services. There are also security features such as security card access, security guards, and CCTV.

All apartments are fully air-conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living area. Amenities include cable TV, mini hifi and broadband Internet access. The apartments include an IDD telephone with DID and voicemail facilities, a washer-dryer, an ironing set and tea and coffee making facilities. All apartments feature rooms with built-in wardrobes and individually regulated air conditioning units. The three bedroom apartments have a master bedroom with a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom with separate long bath and standing shower, a hairdryer and a safety deposit box. The second room has a queen size bed and the third room has two single beds. There is also a common bathroom with a shower.

Recreational facilities include a rooftop swimming pool with tiered water fountain and children's swimming area, sun loungers, a hot tub, a timber sun deck and a gym.

Although there are no restaurants, the residence does have a private breakfast room which serves a continental buffet breakfast daily (except on Sundays and public holidays).
