the staff is friendly esp the concierge staff. Late nite security is requesting us to show the key b4 allow entering the lift which is safe. the room is comfortable although the floor carpet is time to change. overall is good value to stay in this hotel. You can easily go everywhere by bus or taxi.

Our stay at Regency Macau was pleasant . A shuttle bus take our group to the shopping center and to the ferry. Very convenient cause you don't need to spend on taxi fare. The shuttle bus took us to the ferry and from there we took the shuttle bus to the Venetian . Another day was a ferry to Hongkong. We had a great whole day for photo sessions. The staff at Macau Regency Hotel are very courteous and polite and attended to our request promptly . Buffet free breakfast was good.I am happy to note Allan [W...] who gave us upgrade room to harbor view . We had an alltogether enjoyable stay . My husband enjoyed swimming and exercise at the gym . For the price we paid our expectations were met .Of course we are not to compare with other 5 star hotels that charge a lot more.We enjoyed family bonding.

we stayed on the way back home and found the location a bit out of the way, and the shuttle bus only run untill about 6pm. the food and breafast was fine, but was good value for your dollar.

Hotel should provide more frequency for the hotel shuttle bus to Maritime Ferry Terminal. The present time schedule is too few. Also the hotel shuttle bus schedule ends at 5pm which is too early. The variety of food served during the hot breakfast is too limited. Hotel should add more food variety.

Nice hotel, close to the attraction. The bed was unconfortable (too hard) but the room was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was very kind.

We were absolutley thrilled with this hotel. I found the staff to be all only too willing to help us and very friendly to us. The room we stayed in was outstanding. The food we had in the hotel was also very good. The location was perhaps the only problem but the shuttle bus was able to get us across to the other island so that really wasn't a great problem. As you can see nothing but praise for the Hotel. Thank you.

Not so many stores for shopping, but 10 minutes from Venitian by cab. Near the airport and the Macau-Taipa bridge to crossover to the city center.
