My daughter's freshman class went on a TSA Trip to the Regency Hotel and conference center for their yearly competition. We arrived late at night and were shocked at how old and unkept the place was. One of the students and their parent went to their assigned room only to find it occupied with 2 people smoking pot. The parent thought they had been mistakenly given the wrong room card key. The couple fled the room but The Mother insisted on getting a new room for safetly reasons. The entire group of us were afraid anyone could walk into our room at any time. We witnessed one worker using his master card key and letting his "buddies" use the room! My room had old bedding had stains. I would not get in the bed and stayed up most of the night. The pillows were so old they were lumpy. You can tell they just made the bed after the last guest without changing sheets. How gross! The TV only had about 6 channels and there was no remote. It was an overall nasty place. We called the front desk asking for irons the next morning and they did not have any. The dinning room was dirty and we skipped breakfast there. Our school was to stay 2 nights but one more than the parents and teachers could stand. For the safety of the children we checked them out and loaded our tour bus and drove down the street and got rooms at nice hotel. Do not stay at this place, you will regret it. The staff could care less what goes on. Stay away!!

My family held a family reuniion at the hotel. The staff was cordial and helpful. the rooms were efficiently clean. Our concerns were attended to imediately. The Banquet rooms and the food were great .....the food really, really, great. even the contnental breakfast was beyond your average sweet stuff. Will use the facility again. Roosevelt

Three people in our party, who stayed in separate rooms, had to be treated for bedbug bites. Eighteen of us had allergic reactions to the mold and mildew emanating from the air conditioners. I just returned from the doctor and the pharmacy where I spent over *. Some rooms had no hot water. The water in our room was brown, not dingy or rusty, but brown. There was no bottled water for purchase on site. My feet stuck to the carpet in my room. Several rooms had hairy sheets. One of the guests called three times for her room to be cleaned because there was trash and a pair of tennis shoes left by a previous guest. The desk clerk brought a set of sheets and took the tennis shoes, but the room was not cleaned. One guest called and complained that she was unable to sleep because the air conditioner was not working and that she had to do a presentation the next day. The desk clerk said, "Well, you've got a problem" and hung up. This stay was a terrible waste of our school district's money.

For the price of this hotel I was floored by the lack of anything! Absolutely no amenities at all no one to even answer the front desk phone - scary! Looked good on the outside - awful on the inside and no one seemed to care. The water was horrible smelling and tasted like mold/sewer. So bad I couldn't even shower without gagging. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

This hotel is definitely not worth any of the money that they charge. On an overnight stay, the bottom of the bath tub was covered in black marks. It looked as if there used to be a plastic tub mat, and then they pulled it up to expose all the dirt underneath. The tv was cracked and although there was cable, the picture was still cloudy. I will never stay here again.

Front desk had no record of our reservations, made weeks in advance. Fire exit seems not to be priority, there is a ""trick"" to open the door. Lower floor exit floods. Room smelled & was disgusting/filthy. Still had dirty towels from previous guest, trash. We left our visit a day early.
