We went to visit our daughter at Binghamton University. It was conveinent location next to her apartment. We stayed at this hotel because of the pool and restaurant, but the pool was not open and the restaurant was not open for dinner. Disappointed with the stay because it was suppose to be a mini vacation for us.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. The hotel it self was nice but the surrounding area was not so nice, seemed rundown.

My partner and I stayed here while visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The front desk staff was very friendly and checking in and out was a brief. The room was clean and the king-sized bed very comfortable. We've now stayed at a number of hotels in the Binghamton area and this is by far our favorite.

The decor, the dining room, table clothes, cloth napkins, the lobby, very inviting. Thank-you. Maybe the lounge was a little loud, but could only be heard getting on or off the elevator. It was a great time the hotel was more than I expected from the best western, so I was a little concerned at first. but was pleasantly surprised.

The Binghamton Regency was quite comfortable, large room. Very convenient location in downtown close to restaurants. Bed was very comfortable except that there was no fitted sheet and the flat sheet was too small for the bed--sheet pulled out in night and ended up in a bunch. Check in staff at arrival were VERY pleasant and helpful with hints about good restaurant only about 3 blocks from hotel. Would recommend to a friend.

Friendly and helpful staff. No hot tub. Continental breakfast. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great at giving directions to anywhere. The only draw back was I stayed over Easter and was unable to eat breakfast or lunch because I didn't make reservations at the hotel restaurant one week prior to my stay.

The Binghamton Regency was amazing. The check-in/out was easy, the staff was friendly, the location is nice, and the entire hotel was very clean. I did not eat, or use the hotel amenities (no time) so I could not give feedback about that. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, for a one-night stay or an extended stay.

Dirty tabletops and dirty floor when chair moved. The matresses seemed very worn and sagged.Table top and night stand top has a sticky residue (soda pop?) on the surface. When a small table and chair were moved the carpet was very dusty.
