Quite disappointing! Pictures of the room are totally different from what we have seen when we book online. It took us several hours to reach the hotel by taking the hotel shutter bus as the shutter bus did not fetch us straight to the hotel! The staff are always not around at the concierge and we have to stand and wait for them to notice us. Gary from the concierge is unfriendly and rude. The food was good but not much variety to chose from. Hotel location is out of the way but luckily there are many buses that we could take and we do not have to wait very long for the mini bus.

Awkward to get to and from. Rely on public transport links. Adds significant cost for taxis to and from airport links. Internet services expensive. Under renovation therefore noisy building works. No breakfast included. Marginal value for money.

The room on the 3rd floor was way too small for 2 travelers. But all the appliances were very new. Beddings were first rated. The deluxe room upstair was in nice size, the view was nice too. But the appliances look kind of old. For the price, I will stay there again. This is not perfect yet it is of good value.

The room we had was quite small but kept very clean. The staff were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Facilities are great and although is not ideally located transport is very easy via the bus and train service, all for very little cost, or the reception will call you a cab. Overall a pleasant stay.

Don't use restaurants in Regal Oriental, or at least restrain yourself from ordering western type of meal. Iced tea without ice and veggie sandwich where you have to choose between tomato and cucumber, according to manager you cannot get both. This Regal cannot be compared to other Regals in HK - it's different league.

We we're only on a one night stopover in Hong Kong, so we basically just checked in, slept and then checked out. However, the room was very nice (as was what we saw of the rest of the hotel) and the price was great so if we get to Hong Kong again I'm pretty sure we'll stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was not very good. No fresh fruit, the congee wasn't nice. Though breakfast finished at 10am we and others were not politely received if we arrived at 9.15 or 9.30am. Also they started packing up everything at about 9.20am.

As a business hotel to stay a single night then it's quite acceptable. Room was quiet & clean enough. Location meant that taxi fares were ~HKD60 in each direction to Kowloon Airport Express/China Ferry Terminal. Options for food are a bit limited. No major restaurants close by as far as I saw. I'd stay again but only if other more central hotels are full. If you need to be in Kai Tak then it would be fine. Limited for a longer stay but 2-3nights bearable.

We stayed in a newly renovated room which was of a 5 star standard. The free shuttle bus transfer to and from the airport compensated for the out of the way location. There is plenty of public transport nearby to take you to the centre. We would definitely stay there again.

There were various restaurant facilities in the hotel and those that we used were good. Tea making facilities were in the room although they were not listed at the time of booking. Whilst previous people have said that the rooms were small, we found our room to be more than adequate. The only downside is that the hotel isn't in a very convenient or attractive part of Hong Kong.
