Our room was on the top floor overlooking the street. It was therefore relatively quiet. The floor however was on a bit of a lean and the shower had a poor water flow. Breakfasts, both cooked and continental, were excellent. Overall, we felt the Reem hotel offered good value for money in that part of London. We would happily stay there again.

Staff very friendly and helpful, and everywhere was clean. The man on reception changed my room from a single in the basement to a double on the top floor (I'm an elderly lady) and I'm glad he did, I wouldn't have wanted to stay in the basement, very small and dark. The double room was small but big enough for one, overlooking the communcal gardens at the back of the hotel, and was very quiet - although right by the exit to the stairs so I could hear the door banging all the time as people came in and out. En-suite was a shower not a bath buit that's fine for a couple of days. All in all, I'd say it was good for the price, especially in London. And in a very central area!

For the required money both the hotel and the surrounding are more than good. The rooms are clear and quiet, the brekfast is enough good. In its vicinities there are some pubs and ethnic restaurant. I think that in London it's difficult to find something better at the same price!

We were put in the basement next to the kitchen. Not only was the room so small that two ppl could barely stand up together but it was really noise. We were woken at 6 every morning by the banging of doors and ppl coming to breakfast. the heating also didnt work

The room's size was extremely small. I left very early in the morning so I do not know what the breakfast is like. The staff is really helpfull.

hotel room was basic and needs modernisation, however it was an extremely friendly hotel, which is centrally located and clean - so what more could you want for the price!?! i would definitely stay here again and recommend for others.

Great location, tiny room, good bathroom, quiet street. You dont get much for your $ in London but if you're out all day then it's fine.

This hotel has dingy rooms, has no space to put even luggage. They kill the central heating in the middle of night leaving no heat in building and letting you freeze. Room carpets are old, filthy, dirty and smelly. The online hotel advertisement is false/lying. Some hotel staffs are very rude.

The room was small but perfectly adequate and clean. The location was excellent. Bayswater Tube station was only a few minutes walk away. Within minutes walk there were local cafes, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel for good value and location.

Very basic hotel, ok place to sleep, but not to spend time. Staff at reception not friendly or smiley. I expected more and I as well as any traveller should have earned some of those. Luggage are being stored in reception area, so secure...Neighbourhood was nice and near underground stations. Would I come to the hotel again, I think I have seen it. :-)

I highly recommend the Reem Hotel. Above all the cleanliness I found was great especially in London where it is hard to find such facilities. I thank all the staff for their service.

Nice location, and very friendly. We found the room very tiny for 3 people, but understand that is the norm for London! Double bed was OK, but not a Queen or super comfortable.

| This is an ideal location if you're not looking at being in the hotel too much. Just a 5 min walk to underground/bus stops and also a nice walk through Kensington & Hyde Parks to the city if you have the time.
Room was basic but clean, and likewise for bathroom facilities.
Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part although I didn't have the need for much interaction. |

I was in the Basement, which is never promising. However, it was a bit grim and noisy. You can do better in Central London for the money.
