Arrival at hotel, very cold...heat took a long time to warm up the room even with the frieplace due to dated heating system. No storage for coats and such (being a ski resort we expected better closet storage). No floormats, made for a mess coming in from the snowy weather. We accidentally left items in the room and asked them to be mailed to us. Front desk person verified thsi at first, then said they found nothing. We feel housekeeping elected to steal them.

Was clean, but took 2 hours to get a room. Almost impossible to check in. Did not like my stay, ruined my anniversary plans, we had to drive all over town trying to find where to check in because the condo was in a different complex than the administrative offices.

Offsite key pick up and drop off. Swimming pools do not open until 10 in the morning and do not allow children to swim until 11 which is check out time. Very hot for summer stay. They should install a/c or ceiling fans.

overall small 1 bdrm condo..but good kitchen with adequate supplies ..location close to ski areas kinda long walk to the canyons lift with ski equipment .. need upgrading with newer tvs, cable doesnt even have espn which is tough for sports fans.. park city and skiing was great , nice rec area with large spa( way over chlorinated). nice large heated pool.. overall ok value..front desk helpful but offsite..

The Red Pines Condos are located right next to a ski lift. We enjoyed how close we were to the outlet shops and it was just beautiful in summer. I'm sure it's much more expensive in the winter, but the location is great. The one bedroom can sleep four and has a kitchenette so you won't have to go out to eat every meal. It's a little old fashioned, but was quaint. We were comfortable and quite enjoyed how peaceful the entire place was.

Very nice area & very quiet relaxing. NA. It was a very nice condo. Trash had not been emptied. Hard to find & hard to find the place where you must check-in.

The Red Pines Condo was laid out very nice. It was in a good location and was very clean, it had all the linens and dishes that you could need. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but made due. I liked that there were two seperate sink areas, so that more than one person could get ready at a time.

I stayed in a one bedroom condo in the fall. It was clean and the kitchen well stocked. I loved the fireplace and the peace and quiet. The fall leaves were spectacular.

With this condo you have to check in at a different location, which would not be bad if the person checking you in was helpful at all. The management staff was rude, not helpful, and gave me the wrong directions to the condo. The condo itself was nice, it had plenty of room,a well equiped kitchen, a nice location and it was quiet. The room looked as if it had sat for a while. It was full of cobwebs and had a huge spider in a web above the fire place in plain site. The patio and the furniture had not been cleaned. The garbage can on the patio was still full of garbage. When I went to check in the unhelpful staff told me I could not check in yet because the cleaning service had just gotten to our room, so we had to wait an additional hour. It was obvious they did not show up. The next morning @ 9:00 a.m. we left our condo to check out, but the place where you check in and out, did not open untill 10:oo. We were due in Heber @ 10:oo for a train ride, and then were heading to Thanks giving Point, but instead we had to head back to the Property Managent to give our keys. This condo would be a very nice place to stay if the management company was a little more helpful, and the room cleaned better.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We had a gauranteed late arrivale room--they gave it away before we could check in. Way to ruin the first night of the honeymoon.

The property was not maintained, comfort of beds were poor, environment was poor, TV e.g. 13 second TV, screens were ripped permitting insect intrusion, fans used for controlling the environment must have come from a second hand store, restrooms had broken facilities, exhaust fans didn't function properly. In summary the entire experience was overpriced and under expectations.
