Everything was fine until my second night and about 11:30pm a few people were out in the parking lot drinking and cussing and then started talking about getting a gun... I got all my things and left immediately... I didn't even stop at the front desk. As soon as I reached another town I called the Hotel and the guy who answered said "oh, well" offered no apology or anything. I the asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not in, the next day I called again spoke to a lady she was aware of the situation but again no apology nothing. I was very dissatisfied with how the whole situation was handled. I will not recommend this place to anyone...

We checked in late at 10pm. The woman at the counter was very friendly, which helped with our exhaustion. We got to the recently remodeled room and unloaded the car. We took a quick walk down to the Famous Dave's in the next parking lot, but it was closed. However the surrounding area was quiet and very nice albeit direct by the interstate. I would stay there again if I was passing through town.

While traveling to VA, my family & I stayed over night at the Red Roof. The desk clerk offered extra towels, shampoo, etc. when he saw I had 3 kids with. Great service, very clean room. Would stay again!

Location to where we needed to be. Smell in room. The hotel met all expectations and the location to restaurants was very convenient. The only compliant I have is the smell in the room. They could invest in some form of deodorant for those rooms.

newer hotel, clean and up to date. rooms very small so if you are going to stay a week you might want to stay somewhere else but for the night can't be beat

The Red Roof Inn of Knoxville, TN was really nice! I rented one room and there was plenty of room for things. There was a place to hang clothes, which was nice since I had a nice outfit that needed to be hung. There was plenty of surface room to place things such as cell phones, small bags, cameras, etc. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The little refrigerator was nice to have too so that we could keep beverages cold. Another nice thing, there were A LOT of outlets!! You could plug things in all over the room, and that was nice! Several exceptional things about this hotel are: 1. The staff! They are so friendly!! That alone made the stay very enjoyable. They called every morning to see if we would like room service or needed any towels or anything. That was nice. 2. The location of the hotel. You are literally a walk or a short drive away from just about anything you could want to do or need. Movies, nicer restaurants, fast food restaurants, Best Buy, bowling, and other things you may want to do. Lots of shopping areas near by. 3. They have a continental breakfast...unfortunately I never did get up early enough to try that out, but maybe next time. It's still nice that they have that available to you. Also the free newspaper that they provide to the guests staying there. 4. I got the all inclusive room, so that gave me free long distance calls which came in handy, considering I live in Indiana. I could call home and not use any minutes on my cell phone plan, which was also really nice. I think that for the price (which is really good...the best I found anyway..) you get more than what you pay for. The room, like I said, is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I know that when I go down there again, that will be the hotel I choose, not only because of the good price, but because it's very comfortable and I felt very welcomed!

The location was nice. There was no continental breakfast and it wasn't very comfortable. For a quick one night stay this hotel is okay, but it wasn't very friendly or comfortable. I didn't see a pool and the office was very small.

Once I checked in I found out that they charge 10 more a day for internet, and the room was SUPER small. 2 people can not walk in the room at the same time. Many other hotels in this area offer lower prices, bigger rooms, and free internet and breakfast. Please stay at one of those, I will next time I come back to this area. PS. I could not get my money back and go some place else because I used *** and you have to cancel 24 hours in advance, customer service was no help.

We had to appear in court in Knoxville, Tn. The next morning, after driving for more than 8 hours from our home. We were exceptionally tired, and need rest before our court time. We had had a rather rough start to the day, and had hoped to get the needed rest. It was late when we arrived.I had no problem finding the Red Roof just off the highway. I went into the office to register, expecting the usual long forms, questions, and useless conversation. Instead, I signed my name, was given the key and the room number and we were on our way to our room. It was easy access, clean, and most of all Quiet! We awoke with the help of the front desk at the appropiate time. Our day went well after a good nights rest, and friendly employees, not overly talkative, that would have delayed us.

Very, very clean and attractive rooms. The front desk staff was very friendly and the rooms were cleaner than some more expensive hotels I've stayed in. Very convenient location.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of two days and was very pleased with Red Roof Inns choice of decor and furnishings for their rooms. My room was stylishly furnished (more then adequate for the price) and the hotel staff were both friendly and helpful. I will definetely stay again.

It was basic but clean. It has an elevator to the 2nd floor. The sign was very hard to see from the road. The room was clean, and I liked that it had an elevator. The hotel sat back from the road and had no sign by the road. The sign was camouflaged by a sign for a barbeque house of the same color. I had a very hard time finding it.

The rooms were quiet even though they were located next to a busy intersection. The staff was friendly. The coffee machine that brewed per cup was delicious. They also provided a nice pet walking area with furnished pick-up bags for pet waste. There were very good restaurants in all price ranges located within walking distance. Good value!

Room was clean and well orgarinzed. No coffee pot in room. Hotel was in good repair and was convenient to shopping and my place I had to conduct my business.

Cleanliness of room, lobby and facilities, friendly staff, and location, Not having a microwave and small refrigerator in our room. The hotel met most of our expectations. The one thing I would change, if I could, would be to add microwaves and small refrigerators in all of the rooms, not just the rooms with king size beds in them. Other than that, our stay was perfect!
