Staff was very friendly. The grounds were very beautiful,nice landscaping with the flowers and plants.The rooms were very clean as the sign said it was newly renovated. Convenient location for us as we were visiting Biltmore House. We were traveling with out dog and it was very nice as they had a dog walking area with a disposable can and a disposable bag dispenser for your convenience.

We stayed at this hotel from Jan. 1-4, 2009. It was a great place to stay, staff were all very kind and willing to do anything that was needed. Very clean and convienent for places to eat or things to do. I would recommend this hotel to anyone....families, singles or buisness travel. Rates were great.

Red Roff Inn was very accessible from highway and conveniently located near family restaurants. The room was very clean and well equipped with what we needed for our stay.

This Red Roof has been remodeled. Everything was new, and clean. Of all the places I have stayed I will have to say the staff at this Red Roof is by far the kindest and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The location is ideal with Cracker Barrel in walking distance.I highly recommend it.

Newly refurbished. Excellent decor--actually had enough light to see to shave, unlike many motels lately. Front desk staff couldn't have been more professional or helpful. A real bargain. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed on the highway side of the hotel. It was about a 10 minute drive to downtown but very easy. Close to W. Asheville which has its own sights (sunny point cafe). We'll stay there next time for sure.

The Red Roof Inn was quite convenient to downtown Asheville. It was clean and had all of the basic amenities, although nothing extra. If you are looking for a breakfast with your room or a fitness room, you won't find it here.

Recently up graded. Close to the interstate, but far enough away so as to not get the noise. Cracker Barrel a short walk away

The Red Roof Inn was very clean. The hotel staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Check Inn and Out was very quick. The hotel was conveniently located right off the interstate and very close to several good resteraunts. I would definetly stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends.

We were traveling and this was our third motel in a week. Room was OK but no refrigerator was disappointing. Only major problem was the elevator entrance on ground level was filty. This was a very bad first impression! I felt uncomfortable every time we entered and exited.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price I feel that a little more could be offered. All the hotels in the Asheville area are over priced! The location was good, being near Cracker Barrel, fast food places and convenient stores.

This was a very cheap hotel but not at as cheap a price as you would expect from the low quality. The shower didn't drain well enough so you had to stand in 2 inches of water and the sheets/comforter/blankets were scratchy.
