Merge onto Annapolis Road and stay to the right. Follow signs for Princess Garden Parkway and turn left onto the Lanham Servern Road/SR 564. This Red Roof Inn will be on the right side of the road. Traveling on I-95/I-495 South: Exit at Annapolis Road/SR 450, exit #20-A. Turn left onto Annapolis Road/SR 450 and stay right. Follow signs for Princess Garden Parkway and turn left onto Lanham Severn Road/SR 564. This Red Roof Inn will be on the right side of the road. From downtown Washington, DC: Travel east on New York Avenue/US 50 for approximately 9.5 miles and exit onto I-495 North, exit #7A-B. Follow I-495 for 1/2 a mile and exit at Annapolis Road/SR 450, exit #20-A. Turn right onto Annapolis Road and stay right. Follow signs for Princess Garden Parkway and turn left onto Lanham Severn Road. This Red Roof Inn will be on the right side of the road. We stayed here for a week. During that time the doors computer lock locked us out five times. Our room was NEVER cleaned. The maid came into our room twice during the week. No cleaning was done either time. Just new towels. We even ran out of toilet paper! During one of the days I was woken up at 9:40am asking when I wanted my room cleaned and I said to come back in an hour. No one ever showed up the rest of the day! The television kept turning itself off and the sleep feature was never engaged.

Stayed twice in July. The first room reeked of smoke and cleaning fluid in a non-smoking room. The rooms were decorated nicely with nice TV. The ice machine was broken the first night but fixed the next morning. The electricity for bathroom and sink area went out one night and was fixed the next morning. First room faced street and very noisy. The towels were very rough like sandpaper and not enough of them. Second room was better not facing street and not as stinky. Towels were still too rough. Staff was fairly friendly but did not tell existence/location of elevator.
