Location. Over priced. Over priced. The first room we checked into was cleaned. The non smoking room we were in smelled of smoke.

Had an ok exercise room. Near a large truck stop and lots of truckers who all seamed to smoke stayed there. Not bad, but not in the nicest, safest part of town. Smell of smoke everywhere due to truck stop next door and lots of smoking, rowdy truckers staying there. The room did serve it's purpose, a cheap place for us to sleep, which was all we used it for and all I'd recommend it for, some place cheap to sleep.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Seedy looking from the outside. Basic two star comfort inn. Inside was clean. Location left a lot to be desired. The only upshot is that it was near a major highway.

Staff only saw 1 person and was very friendly. Bad Location. Star Level should be downgraded. This hotel should be downgraded to Star Level 1. There are other 1 star hotels in this same area. The room had a musty smell to it, the hair dryer did not work and the shower curtain had mildew on it. Usually I am ok with the 2 star hotels, but this one is not very good. I work in the University area and this definitely is not in that area. I will be very mindful in the future of getting a 2 star hotel.

Very accommodating to my needs as a business man. The bathroom fixtures were very dated and not in good repair. If you're here for business and just need a comfortable place to stretch out at a fair price this is a good choice

The desk clerk was nice. The location, general safety, and cleanliness of the rooms need improvement. I found the Comfort Inn UNCC to be subpar. I cannot speak of how much of my dissatisfaction stems from the remodeling and how much is always there, but I definitely found the hotel subpar.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was under renovation. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Even though renovation was occuring, it was still very nice.

The hotel had a bad smell to it. The hotel was not clean, carpet stink and the room did not have towels. I went to the front desk to get more towels and they didn't have any more towels in the hotel. At 7 clock I went to the front desk to ask if someone could fix my TV the front desk clerk told me someone will be there in ten minutes. The maintance guy came at 11 when I was going to bed. In the morning when I went to get breakfast the had the bag of bagels on the floor. A mouse ran across the floor, it was very nasty there.

There is nothing other than location that was positive about this hotel. Everything else, except location. And I do mean everything They are undergoing renovations. My suggestion to them is to keep on going. I stayed in a "renovated room" with mold under sink, torn wallpaper, stained carpet, crumbly walls near air unit and cig burned furniture. They need hose it all down and start again. The only high point was the footage of interesting people nearby and the location directly off I-85. Lots of truckers stayed here, and my room was near where they park so i was concerned that the air unit would bring in CO fumes. I tried to stay out of the room as much as possible.

Helpfulness of the front desk staff Unkept apeareance. Lobby bathroom was worse than a dirty gas station bathroom. Appareantly the hotel had started a remodeling process that has not been finished. Furniture in the room was nice and well kept, but the walls were dirty and even had a whole in the wall. The pool was dirty and had been closed for a week. I asked and the maintenance man said that he had to add the chemicals and retested but did not have a date when it would be reopen.

The hotel is NOT located in the UNCC area!!! I lived in Charlotte for over 15 years. This hotel is NOT located in the UNCC area. It is in an area which is plagued with crime. If I had know this hotel was on the list of hotels considered in this area,

convenient, helpful night staff, pool was not open, construction, too close to interstate A nice affordable hotel, easy access to Interstates, nice neighborhood, excellent night staff. The rooms are a little worn, but overall a good economical hotel.

the room I got was kind of smelly and dirty. it had ripped carpet, broken remote control and stained ceiling.

It was convenient off the interstate and the beds are comfortable. Noisy guests, could hear other guests in their room

Excellent for the price. Microwave, refridge & cont breakfast great. Pool being closed was a disappointment Hotel was excellent for the price. Microwave & refridge in the room is great esp when you have children. The cont brekfast was so much better than most. Would recommend for a quick get away.

Everything I needed and offered items I could have forgot for free !! Price could have been a few dollars cheaper...LOL
