Our family used to meet every year at this location but in 2009 are relocating to another location because of a serious rodent problem. The building has significant structural issues with big chunks of concrete breaking off is often very dirty, with loud parties throughout the night.

Found the Motel very restful...the only thing I could have seen the room having was a coffee pot..

Front desk staff was helpful. Room was very dirty, not vacuumed and hair everywhere. While the staff in the front office was nice and helpful with check in, the room was very dirty. Hair was on everything and was not vacuumed in quite a while. This just created a feeling that I was in a room that had been neglected and makes me want to never want to go back there.

This place was quiet and comfortable, but dirty. The sheets had obviously not been changed, the bathroom sink had hair in it and the shower also had hair. There was no iron, ironing board or coffee maker in the room. Also, no elevator. Per the desk clerk "Travelocity rooms" are on the third floor, which is the highest. Nice staff, friendly atmosphere, quiet room... but will not be back due to cleanliness issues.

We just wanted an economical stopover on the way to Chicago. It Was sufficient for us.

It was close to our destination. It was not cleaned under the bed. It was in a convenient location, but my husband looked under the bed to make sure we were leaving nothing behind and it was not clean. He found an empty prophylactic package.

It was easy to find with a big sign indicating where to turn. The front desk was efficient giving me my rooms. However, I had 6 rooms with 2 persons in each room and was given only one key per room. I asked for additional keys and was told to come back after 7:00 PM to see if they had any keys left over. I did go back and was able to get some additional keys, but feel that 2 keys should be available at chech in. I was not pleased to have to go back after 7:00 PM. The rooms were clean and satisfactory. The rooms with the king size beds were smaller than the ones with 2 double beds. Those with the smaller rooms were not happy. Also we were not allowed to make any changes in the rooms. For example, I had one room booked as non-smoking and asked if it could be changed to a smoking room and they would not make any changes to the assigned rooms. The hotel also advertised that they offered wi-fi service for a $ 10 charge. One couple paid for this service and it did not work. They were reimbursed but unhappy not to have access to the internet. Other couples complained about being awakened during the night by outside sounds. I was awakened one night at 4:00 AM by yelling outside in the parking lot. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again.

Location is good, count service somehow is very poor. Room mentainace is so so. Low price give a low class service looks fair, but the count service manner is shown not friendly to welocome any guest to stay.

Location. Cost, only 1 pop machine onsite, no vending. The rooms were clean and comfortable, I expected a little more.

I stayed here on account that the motel offered Wi-Fi (although not free) but was very disappointed to learn that it didn't work at all. It had a 'very low' signal and I lost my internet connection at least 20 times in an hour so I had to go to the front desk to get my $10.00 back for the Wi-Fi card I had to buy there in order to get online. In the morning when I checked out there was a woman standing at the desk demanding her money back for her night's stay because she was upset that she couldn't use the wi-fi either. Other than that, the king size bed was very comfy but those noisy people outisde in the hallways both nights there! The clerks should remind people to be quiet if they check in late at night (like a librarian would), but oh well, I'm sure that happens everywhere. If you want Wi-Fi so NOT book this motel!!!

The Red Roof Inn Toledo - University was a great place to stay while in Toledo on business. The facilities were both immaculate and quiet. The hotel was easy to access from the interstate and numerous eating establishments were convenient to the hotel.

Location was where we needed it to be, check in was fast, check out was fast. Needed some updating. Room was clean and the staff were friendly. My wife forgot her pillow and they were nice enough to send it to our home c.o.d. I would stay there again.

IAs stated, it was very clean and it was a non-smoking room. I arrived around 4:30 and there was a lot of traffic. I found the location difficult to get to, since I missed the intersection with the slight turn to the right, and then had to figure out how to turn around and then get back to the correct road. My reservation online was set up and check out was easy.

The Red Roof Inn was a great place to stay for an affordable price. I was looking for some place to stay and I found it.

In the first room the sink stopper was broke and the sink could not be drained. In the second room the toilet sounded like it was going to explode or overrun all night. The rooms were too small for a king size bed with a small table and 2 chairs (there was about 3-4 inches between the table and the bed). None of the rooms had a coffeemaker or microwave. On the morning of my scheduled checkout, callers were advise I had checked out before i actually had.

The Red Roof Inn was a very nice place to stay overnight. It was in a convienet location, close to resturants and only a couple miles from the mall. It was pretty clean and hospitalable and I felt comfortable being there. I liked the Red Roof Inn.

Just took our daughter to University of Toledo -- she's a freshman. We'll be back and forth many times and will definitely stay at Red Roof Inn again. Very clean and quiet -- conveniently located -- everything we needed.

clean, w/basic essentials. No hair dryer. Service desk attendant not having a good day. We would stay again.

This was my second time staying here and I returned due to the great dael that it is. The room is standard and clean - nothing that stands out but has all the basics. The area where it is located is safe and great for my needs. You can not beat the price. I go to Toledo often and have stayed at several hotels. This has become the place that I will stay on all future visits.

I was thoroughly impressed with not only the ease in selecting a hotel through online travel website but the end result as well. When entering the office at the hotel the staff greeted politely, not friendly but polite, and the ease of check-in was impressive with the booking through online travel website. I also had to call and change my room selection when I noted an error on the review, they made the call to the hotel and the arrangements were made promptly. The room was very clean and even though it was a smoking room it still had a clean smell. There was a nice round table beside the king size bed where working on my laptop was easy. Not a fan of T-mobile hotspot process but at least wi-fi access was available. Overall great hotel for the money. I almost forgot the most important thing....fantastic coffee and lattee selection in the machine in the office!
