Near the UMass Amherst, affordable. The hotel was in a nice location. Parking lot and surrounding area clean and neat. Rooms were neat and clean, had a turn down service, with out asking. Front desk personnel were outstanding with information about local eateries and how to get back to the UMass Amherst the correct way 9 miles instead of 35.

Wish there wqas a restaurant- we would have enjoyed grabbing a quick bite for breakfast and dinner. This is important when traveling with a 6 year old would loved swimming in the pool.

It was clean, attractive and comfortable. The pool area was dirty with gum and pool drainage on the walkway. Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and met our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and relaxing. The pool area was a bit dirty and was out of fresh towels.

Registering was swift and competent; the room directions were fine & the room was more than adequate, and we stayed only one night. We also got directions from the front desk and other information that was very helpful. The hotel at night was quiet, even though there were some families there. All-in-all a very pleasant experience.

I have stayed here twice so far and staff is great and rooms are clean. Pool is down until May 1st for paint but they were nice to tell me this when they called.

very pleasant and helpfull staff that willing answered any questions that we had. I had no problems feeling safe at this hotel as there was a key card system to enter the hotel and only guest with room cards could enter. the room was clean and the cleaning staff took into consideration the climate control needed for our pet.

The hotel was clean and the service was good. Both mattresses and box springs were broken and very uncomfortable.

I was a little surprised at the 'extra guest fee' of 6. Hotels.com said there was a microwave oven when there was none.

Heated pool. No coffe maker or hair dyer. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. No restaurant or continental breakfast was offered in the hotel, but a coffee and sandwich shop is located in the convenient store next to the hotel. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature. With the heat set to low the room became sweltering. With just the fan on was way too cold. The heated pool was very nice and a great treat for the kids. Also, there were, at best 6 channels that came in clearly on the TV. Even though HBO was available for us, we would have appreciated either Disney or some other children friendly channel to watch.

Hotel was beseiged by shildren sports participants and did not get quiet all night. Management /staff levels were inefficient to crowd control.

The room was bright and large enough for comfort. No restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I would have liked either a microwave or refrigerator in the room. This facility did not have a restaurant.Overall, I would recommend this to others.

Location is convenient to Old Deerfield, the reason for my visit. No coffee makewr in room, coffee in lobby is a long distance from rooms.

Comfortable beds, nice clean pool. No hotel area info or pens/paper in the rooms, hallways looked dirty. Nice hotel, nice pool, decent price, comfortable beds, clean rooms.

Clean, inexpensive, and centrally located. The Red Roof Inn was conveniently located off Rt.91. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The children enjoyed the pool, which was clean and inviting.
