The hotel was clean. staff was nice, but no were on the site does it say you have to pay $24.00 for internet service. there was only one garbage can for two people and it was little had to keep walking across the room to through things away, and they only changed it once the two days we were there. it is a great location though, but not ever going to stay there again and pay for the internet. They did do a wake up call, but i think that the internet is wrong.

Located between Mac Donalds and Tom Hortons. We had to call the desk to get a sheet because the top sheet had a 68 stain on it that we were told was a dryer burn. We question that. Met our needs and was very convenient for the RIT graduation that we were attending. front dest person seemed to be only staff but very friendly.

If you are not planning on spending a lot of time in these rather small, no frills rooms, this place is marginally adequate for a place to sleep and freshen up. Pros: Low price with easy access to expressway. Cons: The walls are thin allowing for extraneous noise from adjacent rooms to filter through. Beds are not very comfortable. There are no box springs on the bed; just a mattress on a platform frame.

I was originally scheduled to stay at this hotel for 3 days. I left after 12 hours of being in this horrible hotel. People were drinking outside their hotel rooms, with extreme amounts of yelling. Car alarms were going off. I was itching all over my body, after climbing under the sheets. The tub and bathroom sink were clogged. This hotel was absolutely filthy and very unsafe for the average traveler. I left on Saturday morning and checked in at the Doubletree Hotel, which was a refreshing and safe change from the Red Roof Inn. I will not ever stay there again, nor will I recommend it.

The room was fairly quiet. Very clean and well kept. Climate control was good. I was in a non-smoking room and I could smell smoke in the bathroom only, probably due to adjacent smoking rooms connected ventilation systems, through the exhaust in the shower area. TV channels were very limited compared with other stays and similar chains. Overall a decent value.

No late checkout, bathroom leak Overall the hotel was acceptable. The staff was friendly. I really needed a late checkout for this trip, but it was unavailable.

I've always been happy with stays under the Red Roof. The Henrietta location confirmed my confidence. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great service at the desk. . .you couldn't ask for anymore for the price.

It was a nice stay. Very good for its price. The few extra bucks for the Wi-Fi are worth it. There are a couple of places for a nice breakfast and a McDonald's in case you don't have a car adjacent to the hotel, which is great.

For the price, the Red Roof Inn was a great night sleep! Staff was the best. They went above and beyond expectations.

Terrible place. Two little tiny thin towels. No coffee anywhere. Broken air conditioner. One tiny packet of shampoo never replaced in three nights. Amazingly ridiculous TV controls (can't change stations without going through whole menu). Broken ice machine. Inadequate response to my complaint. Unbelievably over priced.

Red Roof Inn was very comfortable and clean. I thought for the $$ I paid the amenities were good. Would like to have a iron and ironing board in the room versus having to get the from the office. Also, the ice machine/vending is a ways away from the room, but don't know how they would get around that. The rooms have been renovated recently and are large. Nice accomodations for the money paid.

The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in. The room was clean and comfortable and I'll definitely stay here again.

Hotel's King Rooms have a microwave and refrigerator as well as free internet access and long distance calling. Hotel is very pet friendly. Hotel's block wall construction blocks out ALL noises from surrounding rooms. Hotel is located at a very busy intersection, however, and traffic (Semi's, motorcycles, etc) can be LOUD! Try to get a room in the back of property.

We liked the colorful room, and the ease of checking in and out. Very spacious for what we paid!

"we stayed at Red Roof for 4 nights. It was extremely clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, very pleasant staff. The room was small, but we expected that. Would stay again, for sure!"

It was exactly what I expected. My only complaints were that the comforters on the beds are ugly and the soap, tissue, shampoo type stuff they provide were very minimal but that is to be expected for somewhere cheap. Otherwise the people were nice and so was the room. The work space in the room would be perfect for a business trip. There is no continental breakfast but I didn't mind because it is in walking distance from Tim Hortan's which is yummy and cheap.

"Great hotel! We stayed in several hotels during our entire trip, and this was our favorite. Clean rooms, updated. It was also the least expensive of all the hotels in the area, and cheaper than any we stayed in. I would definately recommend this hotel."

This motel is adequate for a short stay. The room was clean and recently refurbished, though somewhat small.

I have stayed in many other hotels in Rochester N.Y.. The convenience of the Red Roof to the Thruway was just what I needed. The room was clean and well maintained. And the Beds were very comfortable. Would stay there again any time!
