Nice landscaping. Shower curtain allowed water onto floor. Favorable overall impression. Room could use a freshen up like painting, artwork above beds was identical and furniture was in need of polish or varnish.

For the price, this hotel is definately worth it. I recently stayed at a hotel ("resort") for over three times the cost of this one and I think this one was actually better. The staff was nice. The location is convenient to Mill Ave, shopping, etc. We had some trouble with our door lock, but it was fixed promptly. The room was clean and comfy! If the price stays this low, I'll definately plan to stay again next time I'm in Phoenix.

Right from the start my hotel stay was great. The staff were friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. My room was spacious and quiet. The microwave and fridge were great for the market items I picked up. A nice perk for the price. The jacuzzi was clean and warm. I will definitely stay here again.

I liked everything about this hotel except that many of the fellow guests were motorcyclists blasting engins and loud music right outside my window in the parking lot all night. I couldn't sleep, couldn't relax, I even had to review my study material ( I stayed at this hotel for a conference ) locking myself in the bathroom. The noise was too huge, it literally shaked my room. I never have high blood pressure, but it felt like it was all the way up there during my whole stay. I wonder what kind of people usually use this hotel chain. Was I just unlucky? But other than this, the front-desk clerks were very kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. They even mailed me a VIP pass for one night at any Red Roof Inn to make this up.

It had a heated pool, the staff was kind to my family. There was nothing I didn't like about our stay. Friendly, quiet. Nice people.

The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was very nice and the beds more comfortable than I expected. The swimming pool was warm too. Although they don't offer breakfast, the variety of coffee in the lobby was good. We are going back there for sure!

Hotel was difficult to find even with Staff directions over the phone. They assume one knows the area! Staff directions to local shopping were curt, bordering on rude. Not a happy stay.

our stay was great. the customer service was awesome. couldn't ask for a nicer staff. the pool was not as warm as it should have been. (january first isn't warm in phoenix!) only downer about this stay was one of our lights didn't work in the bedroom.

The Tempeh, Az Red Roof Inn was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed slept very nicely. The room was well lit, and also had a large window which provided excellent natural light. The work space was quaint. The bathroom was separate, very clean, and the sink had an oversized mirror above. The closet area was also rather quaint. (For longer stays, the closet area could become bothersome.) The food options were all off-site. The greatest kudo about this location is the proximity to the Airport, the price and the cleanliness of the room! One shortcoming is that the hallway did smell of cigarette smoke, but surprisingly, my room was smoke free. So, I didn't feel a need to complain as smokers do have to be accomodated.

Checking into the hotel was painless and fast. Our room was fine, but for the price we paid, there were none of the little extra niceties that usually I expect. There was a foil wrapper of shampoo, not the normal little bottle, no condintioner or lotion (I bring these items from home usually, but, usually the hotels furnish them also) and only the tiny hand soap for the tub/shower and also another little one for the sink, no coffee maker was in the room. The ac/heater worked fine. We did have a smoke alarm problem at 9:50 pm (we were already sleeping since we were to be up and out early the next morning). The alarm rang in all the rooms and in the hall. I called the desk and she said they had to run a test. Seemed like an odd time to me. Then, when I checked out the next morning the lady gave a really unbelieveable story about a guest having checked out and leaving the water running (at this time of night, I don't think so)and the water ran into their elestrical box, causing a short. The room was comfortable, but for that price, we usually get more for the money. The next time we are in the area, I would check out other properties and try them before I stayed there again. The staff was pleasant and they did have a coffee machine on the first floor, but no breakfast whatsoever. For us, it was a disappointment.

The Red Roof Inn Phoenix Airport was very comfortable. Check-in and parking was hassle free. The room was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The bathroom was huge! The front desk staff had a list of restarants and directions readily available since there is no dining on the premesis. There are several restarants close by. The neighborhood is quiet and clean with several motels in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised that the Red Roof Inn was so nice. Things were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe. Nice Restaurants weren't too far away. Very close to the airport which was nice because we had an early morning flight. I was disappointed that they had no free internet. They had T-Mobile $9.99/day or $19.99 for the week service. It was not a real issue for that night. To me, free internet is something I expect at hotels. Red Roof needs to get in step with the other hotels and provide it for free and keep the prices reasonable. We had reserved the room for 3. They only had 2 full bath towels & 2 wash cloths in the room. That was another cheap feature.

I left the rental car pick-up location about 10:30 PM in a drizzling rain. It was very difficult for me to find the hotel even though I had directions from the hotel staff whom the rental car folks had called for me. It is in an usual location on a side street spur and the sign is very small. The exit from I10 wasn't bad, but finding the place in the dark took a long time. I had been told five minutes.
