I wanted a clean, inexpensive place to stay the night. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. Very close to the highway.

The room was a really nice surprise. It was very big and well furnished. Although they did not have a coffee maker in the room, they had a large free machine in the lobby that offered coffee, hot chocolate, latte, etc. It was very nice. The only thing missing that I think need to be added is a pen and small note pad to use for writing telephone numbers after a call, etc. I would recommend it highly. Ed, Lebanon, Indiana

The room had been renovated very recently. It was large and adequately equipped. The front desk was not overly friendly but was professional and efficient.

The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and adequate. I have stayed in dozens if not hundreds of motels. This is the first time there was a charge for internet access. I will not stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

I didn't have high expectations for a quote unquote budget hotel - but this location surpassed my expectations! The staff was super friendly, very large room, very clean, and newly decorated. They even kept an extra 3 rooms empty around us (one on each side, and one across the hall) because they saw we had a 2 year old and a 3 month old with us, and they didn't want anyone else to be upset if they didn't have a good night! Even though this location is right on the interstate - I couldn't hear a thing! The only downside is the lack of TV channels - there are only about 15 available for free.. All in all, I'll be staying there again in the future!

This motel is far from being the most high-end place you will ever stay. However, it is a good value for the money and the staff is very friendly and helpful. For example, when I checked in the woman at the counter saw that my room was on the highway side of the building and immediately offered to switch it to the quieter side without my asking. The place was also clean and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. There are no major amenities on site (no pool, no fitness center, no restaurant), but the place is in walking distance to several casual dining establishments(a Perkins, a Friendlys, and a Max and Ermas)and is right by I-71, making it easy to get to the airport, around the greater Cleveland area, and to downtown Cleveland itself. It is also not far from the Metropark system. I believe it is reasonably easy to access public transportation from the motel.

We requested a No Smoking Room and that is what we got but someone had smoked in it and therefore it was an uncomfoortable evening. We did not get in until late so we were too tired to complain and move. In future we will request to check out the room first.

The hotel was nicer than I expected it to be. It was a clean place to sleep, and the employees were very helpful

The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, but there is a distinct lack of amenities. No hair dryer, no in-room coffee maker. Plastic cups, kleenex only in little packets.Small, ugly lobby. I'll go to a more upscale hotel in the area next time.

The Red Roof In in Middleburg Heights, was an ok place to stay in a pinch, but not a place that I would run to friends a boast about. The beds were terribly uncomfortable! The are was good, close to shopping, food, and entertainment, the staff was friendly.

The Red Roof Inn in Middleburgh Heights in Ohio was very clean. I believe it is newly renovated. It is a basic room with a bed, TV and bathroom. It was basic, but had everything we needed for our short trip. The price was great!

The Red Roof Inn in Middleburg Heights is a clean and comfortable place to spend the night close to Cleveland Hopkins airport. I arrived late (after 9 PM) with no problems checking in. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. My second floor room was spacious and well furnished, and extremely quiet. I had a great rest before my early flight.
