Manager did not want to include wifi "because it was a discounted room." The email from the hotel said wifi was included, but Manager said not to expect it next time. We were 2nd in line, but check-in took 25 minutes.

We stayed here for one night after a show at the Comcast Center, so I thought how bad can it be? The location was great, really close to the venue. The front desk was very friendly. We checked in and left for the show. Got back to room after 12am. thats when we noticed how dirty it was. My friend put her hand in slime on the nightstand. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was slippery & the tub and toilet were also dirty. I didn't expect much, but I did expect it to be clean. I expected more from a national chain.

The air conditioner in the room of above mine leaked thru ceiling and down the wall and window of my room.

We were staying here for one night because we were in the area for a concert at the Tweeter Center and didn't want to have to drive home. The hotel was located in a great place - enough restaurants around and not far from the Tweeter Center. They also offered transportation to the venue (a nice feature!) The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, the room was clean (but no refrigerator which we had expected) and they were in the midst of renovations so some of the appearance was not great as a result of that. The real drawback was the paper-thin walls. We had a late night anyway but the noise in the surrounding rooms continued until almost 6 am and it wasn't loud partying.. just normal sound that seemed to travel right into our room! Since alot of folks were probably crashing here after the concert it wasn't a big deal and I would rent a room there again.. but it is what it is.

Nothing. Room in shambles. Staff was rude. Hotel was under construction. Area was difficult to navigate. Renovations were under way. Advise travelers to wait for outcome. At present, hotel is barely habitable and seems to attract unsavory elements. Stay some where else.

The staff recognition signs near the employee break room. Honestly everything. The hotel was dirty, smelled bad, noisy, worn out and damaged rooms. desk associate was smoking in front of the hotel, blood stain on the wall next to the headboard, ac was noisy room smelled musty. I just got back into town and planned on asking for a complete refund.
