MRS.COBB I RECENTLY STAYED AT THE REDROOF INN AND I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY THERE. THEY HAD GREAT PRICES FOR THE ROOM ,AND A GREAT BREAKFAST AND A NICE AND FRIENDLY FRONT DESK CLERK NAME KESHA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE RED ROOF INN .

Nice Hotel They have Hot Delux breakfast. I stay in this hotel for last 7 years.... Its getting upscale. mgmt. is nice. Ya they R Indian, If some body have problem with it....They won't like it otherwise ....Its a well kept Hotel, with Pool, Elevator, Noce Parking, Well Lit public area, Beautiful Lobby & Did I mention THE HOT DELUXE BREAKFAST ? See their Pics & Movie on Net....You will be surprise! Enjoy your stay.

The personnel at Red Roof Inn, especially maids and desk personnel were very hospitable and helpful. They seemed genuinely interersed in providing good service. They even allowed us to check in at 3 AM without incurring extra charges. The room was clean, however the furnishings were in poor shape. Drawers broken, (fell on floor when opened). Desk chair legs broken. Veneer peeling away from headboard, lamps leaning at odd angles. The bathtub would not drain unless the drain lever was manually held in place. The card operated door lock malfunctioned on day two, requiring two trips to the lobby, and finally a trip to the room by the hotel manager to get it fixed. (They get A for effort there).

The air conditioner was very cold. An oder outside the room. My first concern is a cold room (60 degrees) it was very good. The price was excellent for what we got. We enjoyed the breakfast. We returned for a 2nd night on our way home and were treated well both visits by the desk clerks. If the price is the same we plan to use the same hotel when we make the trip in the future.

The management has changed here. Did not have room that I had reserved. After a long discussion they finally ""found"" a room. This room TV did not work, not enough linens. The other staff members tried to be helpful but the ""management"" was a disgrace... Don't even try to stay here.

We stayed 2 times this month and will never again, Management very rude both weekends!!! tv and cable didn't work, room didnt have mico-fridge or non smoking which we had a confirmation for. The got very mad when we asked for 1 more towel. Oh and did I say how rude the management was!! Don't stay here, We cancelled all our remaining reservation with them.
