Very nice 2-star hotel. Several restaurants/fast food within walking distance, 5 miles from Disney, clean rooms, quiet, nice staff, and a good price.

The air in the room was damp, so the sheets were damp. The carpet on the floor was filthy - I didn't take off my shoes. The front desk clerk didn't know much about the area, which is odd since this is a tourist-mecca. Ok place if you just need to crash, but not desirable.

We were passing through Orlando/Kissimmee and needed a low cost place to sleep for a few hours. This was PERFECT. The price was great and a nice little coofee/bun choice in the morning. WOULD stay there again

Upon check-in the employees were rude and difficult to understand. Their english language skills need definite improvement. The room itself had quite an odor to it and supposedly there weren't any other rooms to switch to. The television didn't work and then again no other room available and no one to repair it. The pool was filthy and full of dirt and leaves. Location was good, close to a great many things. ie: restaurants, stores etc. Was glad to be leaving that's for sure! Frankly, I won't go back. Nor will I reccommend this hotel to anyone!

Came to Florida on short notice for funeral. Can't beat the price for the room. Clean towels were hard to come by, but the staff did what they could to fix the problem. The shower head had a leak and sprayed in 10 different directions, but still had good pressure. Short distance to attractions (by car) and many restaurants. Not luxury, but not a 'dive' either. Overall good value.

I booked a mini suite that was on special. It had a seperate living room with a sleeper sofa, tv, coffee and end tables, and a full bathroom in addition to the bedroom with two double beds, tv, and full bathroom. The room was clean and looked relatively newly decorated.Great for families with children -- especially girl teenagers! The staff was friendly and polite. Fresh coffee is available 24/7. In the mornings, there was two different juices and small, individually wrapped pastries. It was conveniently located to restaraunts, shops, and local attractions. I would request this type room again and I would stay at this hotel again as well.

We arrived and checked in and upon entering the room there were holes in the bedsheets and dirt in the bathtub. The room was very small with not alot of room to move around. Overall I guess I got what I paid for. It was a place baiscally for us to just lay our heads down in for the night after spending a day at the park. For the price we paid it was an ok place to stay.

acctually i visted to diseny on 19th of december to 01/03/2009. we stayed in red roof inn kissimmee. i and my all family was very happy because the management was cooprative and house keeping staff was nice. they helped us alot and we enjoyed our vocations .in addition to better service the rates are very reasonable and location is great just 4 mile away from diseny entrence. at the end i will just say " i love you red roof inn".

We made a random trip to Epcot, so for thirty dollars a night we couldnt complain. The lobby was smaller than we that. Do not be fooled by the free breakfast (its Orange juice and pastries). The rooms aré average having a musky scent that we got over quickly. We brought our own sheets and thankgoodness we did because it made sleeping on the hard mattresses easier. Overall for the price and locations, Red Roof Inn is a bargin if all you will be doing there is sleeping.

i was on vocations on 25 November,2008 and i stayed in Red Roof Kissimmee. It has nice location,peaceful area,nice staf,and Diseny is just 4 mile away from the hotel. Rates are reasonable and I enjoyed my vocations.

Great, friendly helpful staff at the front desk... The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable... Would have liked more on the continental breakfast though... No fresh fruit, only honey buns ...

hi all, tomarrow morning i am leavint to NY.i am staying in Red Roof Inn, kissimmee for last 4 days, and that was Nice experience. the hotel management is nice and they all are helpfull rooms are clean, and at morning they serve breakfast. i and my family are enjoying this trip in orlando.

we were in redroof inn last month. it was nice experience there because they have nice and helpful management. rooms were good and location was nice it was safe place and breakfast was good. i think you guys should visit once there.........

When we checked in it was really late and the night desk person was great. We had some room cleanliness issues but nothing dramatic. There was a cigarette burn in the sheet and a hair in the bathroom. I accidentally forgot my toiletries and the toiletries in the hotels left a lot to be desired. It is pet friendly without a pet fee but only one per room. Unfortunately, it also made it impossible for us to get clean towels for numerous reasons. It had no wifi so if you go there, be prepared to pay. But for the money, its in a decent location, not scary, and is relatively quite. The pool was clean. I didn't get in the hot tub so I can't comment on that but I would stay there again I think. It was just okay.

The room took a lil while to be ready supposed to be ready at 3 but we wanted to eat too so we just went to Olive Garden which was next door! the room was clean and the shower was big which is good cuz im 6'2". the bed was soft and comfy, great place to stay for a night and the price is amazing for orlando/kissimmee area!

Was told night before that they had discount tickets so we stopped by hotel before going to Seaworld. Arrived and person at desk (X) was very rude and told us they didnt have any. We told them they said they did and he said oh well. Pool DOES NOT look like it shows in the pic on here, and it was very dirty. Left and came back to check in at 3:00 as told to and X (employee) was once again very rude and told us they could not check us in. This guy stood there and yell back in forth with us. They were struck by lightening and had no computer. Finally threw us a sheet of paper to fill out after minutes of yelling at us even a few times telling us to get out. We did not feel safe at all with this employee. Went to room and sat on phone with Red roof reservations and customer relations for 2 hours trying to explain what happened and asking for them to switch us to a different hotel, they just kept telling me to call online travel website. They were no help at all!!!!! Called online travel website and they were no help at all. Ended up calling credit card company to stop payment and we checked out. When returning hotel key to front desk and telling them we are checking out, the same employee wanted to contuine to argue with us, we just walked out. DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS PLACE WAS A DUMP AND THE EMPLOYEE THERE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. ANYONE THAT WILL YELL AND THREATEN A GRANDMA, DAUGHTER AND GRANDCHILD HAS TO HAVE MAJOR ISSUES AND SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

The room was normal and clean. I just hate the smell of smoke but I did not ask him to move us so I guess that's my problem. It is in a good location. But the other thing I was disappointed with was the fact I thought I was saving money using [...] but the regualar rate was the same as the discounted rate from this site..
