It was just an overnight stay, but the room was a nice size, the bed quite comfortable, and it was quiet. The family LOVED the pool, and it's a good location right on Rte. 7 in Rutland - close to a lot of things. I wasn't terribly impressed with the front desk clerks - on check in, the girl didn't have a very professional appearance (very casually dressed with tatooes across the chest and on the arms), and barely cracked a smile during the transaction. At checkout, the girl on duty was more professionally dressed, was nicer but never made eye contact (and no, I'm not the Creature from the Black Lagoon...). Having worked in Customer Service, I know that little things like that can leave an impression.

Convenient to restaurants, skiing and shopping. My room smelled of mold. Good hotel for the price. Family friendly in a convenient location.

Convenient location. Clean and simple. Overall is not bad.

Room was OK, but passed it's use-by date. Nothing really wrong or broken, just everything was somewhat worn, a little smelly and tacky. The receptionist was rude and abrupt, and made wanting to stay there again not an attractive idea. Price was OK and breakfast was a very good.

Although the hotel was well located, convenient, and the room quiet, we were put off by the dirty pillows. The cases were freshly laundered; however, the pillows themselves were badly stained. We asked if there were any new pillows available and were given more dirty pillows. We would say in the scheme of things that clean pillows would be a linen priority. The problem could be simply rectified by using a pillow cover and then the pillow case and both laundered for the next customer.

Pool, sauna, cable, internet. Coffee flavor and quality, need more fresh healthy food at breakfast. Good quality - quiet, safe, clean. Could improve on coffee quality (watery), offer some healthy foods at breakfast.

We stayed here for a ski weekend. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms are very clean, spacious, and modern. The hotel staff was wonderful. The continential breakfast alsohas delicous waffles. The indoor pool & sauna was wonderful after skiing all day.Killington skiing was only a 20 min drive. I will stay here again!

We were very pleased with the quality of the facility AND with the price. Would definitely stay again with no hesitations.

This was a pleasant surprise, very good value. Easy check in, really nice room, better-than-average breakfast, and free wifi. We were going to an art performance on the same street, so very convenient for us. Guidebook in room directed us to a great restaurant, with maps in lobby to get us there.

The hotel was easy to find. The services of the hotel did not meet my expectations. The Red Roof Inn fell short of our expectations. The staff could rarely be found, the pool had limited hours, our room had a strange musty odor, and the breakfast did not live up to the promises on the website.

Was very clean even in the common areas. This is an excellent hotel for the business traveler and I was pleasantly suprised at the cleanness of the entire hotel. It was close to many of the area restaurants and other services.

It was beyond my expectations furnished nicely. Difficult getting out to get on highway. Great location near major routes from north, south, east and west. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and neat. Nice breakfast. Internet in room and a computer available in lobby. Ample parking.

There were stains on the carpet in the hall. The laundry soap dispenser was completely empty. No iron in my room, but the front desk supplied one when requested. Overall, the maintenance has gone down since my previous visit.

24 h free coffee. Roommate left door open after doing the bed. Nice hotel, good breakfast, unfriendly staff, no towels around sauna, had to go to the lobby unfriendly staff again. Room maid left our door open after housekeeping with all our personal belongings in it.
