Great coffeemaker in the main office. The environmental controls malfunctioned and the door locks prevented closing of the door at times. Quirky. No coffee maker in room, but really good one in office. Was clean and convenient.

the hotel very clean and bright. i was pleasantly surprised. while it lacked certain amenities of higher priced hotels, it was definitely cleaner and more modern than many of them. i highly recommend it.

This was an overnight stay after a 14 hour drive. Room was dirty, bathroom was no larger than a walk-in closet. Not worth the money paid. Do not stay here.

The location is wonderful...just a few minutes away from Marshall University and the hospital. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious

Room wasnewly decorated. Very nice. No coffee pot in the room. Located close to restaurants and the interstate, a bit far from town but convenient to the mall.

The Red Roof Inn was a great value. The location was easy to find and resturants were close by. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.

The space available in the room. You did not feel cramped. The bathtub faucet head kept shooting off when you were trying to use the shower.

this is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. The rooms must all be new! Room with one king bed was HUGE!! Microwave, frig. Very Clean. Didn 't have alot of contact with the staff as I only stayed one night, but check in took less than 5 mins...desk staff very polite and professional. Quiet at night with no loud parties or other distractions. Was less than 10 mins from Marshall University. I will be back here again. Incredible value for the price!!!!

Found this on the internet. Sold by the photo representation of the room, along with the price. Colors were fresh and bright...Simple, tasteful decor. It was the best value for a clean, comfortable, modern motel room I've ever had! Staff were courteous and helpful.

Having been in Red Roof Inns before, I wasn't expecting the newly redecorated rooms, super shower and ease of check-in

The check in was very easy. No non-smoking king business rooms on 1st floor. The hotel was only used late in the evening, most of the day I was away and seldom saw other patrons or staff other that the day I checked in, I require several extra pillows and this demand was met without question.
