Nice and cheap. No airport shuttle bus. OK for the costI guess.

I've stayed at lots of cheap hotels in my time, and all I ask is that rooms be clean. I should have known when I pulled into a Red Roof Inn behind a gentlemen's club that I was in trouble, but I had been on the road for more than 14 hours and thought I'd go ahead and give it a try. The fact that there was something that resembled carpet cleaner (or perhaps it was cocaine) that had not been vaccummed up on the carpet and some brown substance streaked down the wall in two places should have also been a red flag, but it wasn't until I pulled back my sheets to find what I sincerely hope was a smeared-up chocolate chip in my bed. After calling the front desk to complain, a housekeeper brought new sheets - which she generously let my companion and I put on ourselves. This set had hairs of varying lengths on them. I just slept on the blanket and prayed I didn't get scabies. After complaining the next morning, another red flag was lifted when we were informed there was no manager on duty. We were supposed to stay a second night at this hotel, so we asked that our room be thoroughly cleaned while we were out that morning. Upon returning to our hotel room, we knew the housekeeping staff had been there because our beds were halfway made up and our wet towels removed (although the comforters had not been put back on the beds and no clean towels had been left), but all of the things we complained about were still there. We left 1 night early and the manager was supposed to call us, but he hasn't yet.

Attended to the complaint immediately. Did not provide enough facilities in the bathroom.

"Changed rooms 3 times in 24 hrs, a chair broke under me, two remotes didn't work, a phone didn't work, alarm clock missing, nasty carpet and a surcharge for wireless access"

I didn't have to sleep outside. It was unclean, smelled, had no parking, lacked towels and basic amenities. It was unclean, smelled, had no parking, lacked towels and basic amenities. The bed was the only positive aspect, but 8 hours of driving will make any bed nice. The floor was damp throughout the room and there were roaches dead on the floor. The hallway was filthy and secondary rooms were pitifully maintained.

Convenient to the airport with comfortable bed but no breakfast and the ice machine was broken. The staff accommodated our last minute request. I wouldn't book through online travel website again as the price at the hotel was less and there would have been no cancellation fee had we had a change of plans.

The area was a little shady. Divas Latinas was right next door if you are interested.

"This hotel is great for people on a budget needing to stay literally across the street from Hobby Airport. Staff was nice, the room was large and immaculate, bathroom was in good condition, carpet was clean and not worn, and the bed was fine. Air conditioning was great (and essential in Houston). Not luxury, but a great value at an amazing price. Having lived in Houston for eight years, I believe that this hotel is the best value at Hobby, with super access to I-45 if you are headed into downtown or south to Galveston."

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had mold and smelled very badly. I do not believe the owner of the hotel would have stayed in that room! The carpet smelled, the bathroom smelled and had mold in the tub/shower. For such a large room, you would have thought it would be better equipped. I would not recommend the hotel because of the those issues. Me and my daughter were just spending the night in Houston. I thought since they said it was near the airport it would be in better condition but that was poor.

The Hotel had nice spaciaous rooms. Maid service good. Internet not good considering it is Houston. Very affordable prices at * $ a night on busline and good pool.

Close to Hobby Airport Room location near ice machine; no hot water in shower. I probably will not ever stay at this hotel again. When I checked out I told the front manager that they need to fix the hot water issue. He seemed very annoyed that I made this request. The room I was assigned was across the hall from an ice machine that was extremely noisy. It was also right next to the lobby with tile floors and any conversation was easily heard and distracting; not a restful environment at all.

"A friend and I spent 2 night here while attending Reggaefest. It was fine. No there isn't a luxurious fining facility nor a guy to carry you luggage - but be serious, you get what you pay for. If you are so stuck up that you feel you need someone to wait on you hand and foor you dont need to stay here. However if you are looking for a clean relaxed place to stay the night while exploring Houston this is a good place for you. The staff our very friendly, down to earth people that do night mind giving you extra towels. .....Peace"

Good location. Construction outside and inside going on, numerous pit bulls inside and out, dirty carpets, no continental breakfast, no free WiFi, no hairdryers, etc. Chaos inside and out; i.e. people, dogs, construction, no parking available, dirty carpet with fleas, numerous pit bulls, no free WiFi, no coffee pots, hairdryers, etc in room, no continental breakfast. Not a good experience.

My experience was dismal. I had to park behind the adult business next door (another adult business was also located across the street). There were questionable stains on the chair in the room. I was the second person in line and waited for over 35 minutes to be checked-in to the hotel.

"I was forced to check out early, due to a computer error at the hotel. I was less than pleased with this, as it all took place in the middle of the night, and had a busy schedule the following day."

"We stayed 4 nights, two rooms each night. Employees of the motel were very nice and helpful. Rooms are very plain and carpeting is in need of replacing. Nice swimming pool that is maintained well. Continental breakfast consists of juice or coffee and muffins only. Price was reasonable but carpeting and breakfast were weak at best. Employees were very nice and cordial and very helpful."

"Close to the Hobby Airport and it has a pool, it's downhill after that. The staff, especially at the desk were terrible. Spend a little more and avoid the headache."
