Close to several restaurants, shopping and to the office. Room smelled, staff acted put out, had to ask for an iron and ironing board as room did not have. The room smelled bad, staff was less than enthused about making sure our stay was comfortable. Felt like we were somewhat misled as the room touted free internet, complimentary breakfast, but we found out that was only on the rooms with the king size deluxe status. Will never stay there again.

Didn't see any cockroaches. Not clean, smelled, uncomfortable, and bad coffee. Stay here only if there are no other rooms in Louisville. Poor value for the money. Not clean.

I felt save there. It was quiet. I thought they would serve breakfast like all other hotels. There was mold on the shower curtain. The people working the registration desk were polite but not overly friendly. This was both checking in and checking out. My friend is disabled and it is hard for her to climb steps. There was no rooms for us on the lower floor. I had to carry everything and her oxygen tank up the steps. Everything seemed to be clean but there was some mold on the shower curtain. We had hoped to grab breakfast there and be on our way early. They did not have a continental breakfast.

They had great coffee. It was fine. Staff was friendly, helpful and the bed was comfortable.
