Room smelled "musty". Bed bowed, pillows were flat. Bathtub was not cleaned properly.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were visiting family in a nearby town. This hotel met our needs for short term overnight accommodations. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

This motel was so great we stayed again on our way back home. It was clean, comfortable, very friendly staff and was reasonably priced.

Our stay at the Red Roof was comfortable. While not flashy the room was nice with a microwave and a fridge. The motel is also pet friendly.

The Red Roof Inn in Medina, Oh. is a nice location, safe, clean and secure. No Business Center but Free Wireless. Close to several resturants. Walking Distance. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes

Front desk was very helpful and easy going when I needed to change from upstairs to lower floor. Room did not have hair dryer, iron & board. Travel pack of tissues for double occupancy room. Location, cleanliness, and staff was great. Not so great was teeny tiny tear packages of shampoo/conditioner. Travel size sample of tissues for double occupancy room (3 people). Room only had 2 chairs (again, double occupancy). The only counter/table space was a the top of the built-in dresser. You couldn't move it for people to sit around to eat etc. The beds were excellent.

Allows doge; comfortable bed and room. This hotel provided us with more than we expected--good TV, refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bed, great work desk/wireless internet that was easy to use, etc. That they allow dogs made it absolutely perfect for us! Our two cairn terriers say, "thank you very much!"

Our first room hadn't been cleaned and it was as if there was a party there the night before. They did give us another room though. The overall condition of hotel was dated and had very little food service.

Close to many restaurants; Affordable. Not much for older kids to do, pool was closed nothing close by for kids. Overall it was ok, the carpeting could have been updated but for the most part it was clean and acceptable. Easy to get to off the highway and within walking distance to many places to eat.

The Red Roof Inn in Medina, OH was a very inexpensive, yet nice place to stay. The room came with two queen beds, a desk area, and a tv on a chest of drawers that extended out into a desk. The bathroom was separate from the vanity area, so I could shower without preventing my wife from putting on her makeup. The motel's location was about a 20 minute drive from the Cleveland airport, right down the highway. While the motel did not have onsite dining, there were several restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint concerns the housekeeping. We stayed for almost a week, and from what I understand, their housekeeping routine is different for extended stay clients. We had to request towels and a general cleanup two times during our stay. The staff did remedy the situation quickly both times.
