The rooms are clean, but appear a bit shabby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurants and fast food places are down the street. The motel is next to a freeway and noisy. The place is not expensive and OK if you are not too selective.

Convenient to I-90, NY. No restaurants within walking distance and no continental breakfast.

For what you pay, it's a good and clean place to stay

It looked the housekeeping staff had never made a bed before. Most of the time they just pulled the sheets up and never touched the pillows. You got a feeling when you returned to the room after housekeeping was there all they did was empty the trash. For the money it was horrible especially seeing how I was just in a major city recently and paid less then I did here and the room was twice as big and clean and serviced properly each day. The only reason I stayed there was because of the location. Oh beware housekeeping on Sunday mornings will start banging on your door about 8:30am.

We stayed here and were pleasantly suprised. Their executive king bed room was very nice with a desk and chair, and microwave and fridge. When booking through online travel websites it was only $* vs. $* if booking though online travel website. Everything was clean, but the bed was a bit stiff. Still an overall good value for the price we paid.

It was a great room for a relaxing overnight trip for us. It was quiet, clean, and warm. We will definitely use them again.

the only positive about this hotel was a big bathroom. the tv didn't work we were moved to another room. then the air didn't work. after moving a second time finally everything worked. i would not want to stay here again.

The Restaurant--Michael Anthony's, great food. Bed, pillows andzero amenities. The staff was pleasant but the condition of the hotel was definitely not. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and so were the pillows. I will not return.

This was not a Hilton or a Mariott. It is a good bed with a hot shower and a clean room. Only complaint was that we reserved a non-smoking room and I think that there was a "cigar convention" in our room before us. It was really a strong tobacco smoke odor, just like cheap cigars.Front desk was helpful and offered Febreeze but could not switch out room, they were booked.Great location, would consider in future.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Lack of amenities and lack of cleanliness. The heat did not work in our room, there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the beds are uncomfortable, there are no special little amenities like shampoo and conditioner, The staff was helpful and very courteous, the cleanliness was lacking.

We Stayed at this motel for the fifth year in a row and boy has it gone downhill. The Carpet was filthy in our room. There were Plaster Chips laying on The Bed Covers. If you are on The Thruway side you heat the trucks all nightlong. When we complained about the shape of the room it was the next day before it was cleaned. This place needs an reconditrioning. I will never stay there again.

Clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. No eating facilities. Worth the price.

when we arrived we were greeted very well, the only problem we had was that our bathroom was dirty and the toilet had dried urine on it and our blankets had burn holes in them

Great coffee maker in lobby. Drunk alcoholics out on walkway. Accommodations were clean and convenient. However, the hotel staff was passive when it came to dealing with guests that were loud, drunk, disruptive, argumentative and unruly for hours.

Honestly nothing. The room fridge didn't work and the only vending machine was far away. Being from out of town I was unable to get assistance with where to go for dinner. Also they would not call a cab for me and my friends. The man just gave me a card and said use your cell phone! The rooms although they appeared to be somewhat clean stank of smoke and the door seemed like it had been kicked in because it was hard to keep it closed. The fridge in the room was plugged in but didn't work. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything. Would never stay there again.

I was very dissapointed since i made the reservation by phone because the hotel is located right by the highway so my mother and father could not sleep due to the noise. It was also close to a gas station so the noise was of trucks passing by an the noise was incredible.

The room and hotel was clean. Located near restaurants, malls, highways, etc. Great price. The room was small as was the bathroom. Not many amenities. Stayed end of August. Great hotel for the price. Conveniently located near the through way with easy access to Buffalo/Niagara Falls. Many restaurants close by. Mall is just a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Rooms are very clean and looks fairly new. Not much of a continental breakfast - pastries and coffee.
