The hotel is economical and service was good

Location and price Some kind of moist odor in furniture not really bothering, but important to tell. No breakfast. In general it was good for the price and time I stayed in. But service area (dinning site and business area) is some what small.

Comforter smelled like it has not been changed for a month, carpet was filthy, hairs all over the towels, sink and tub, and ROACHES. Great attendant that tried to upgrade room at no extra cost but pregnant wife did not budge. Checked in at 10PM checked out the next day when wife saw the roach and checked in to La Quinta Inn for 3 days at a much higher rate.

I felt very safe in this hotel. There is a security guard walking around the premises at night, and constant reminders for your own safety to lock car and hotel doors. The staff was very friendly! They were happy to let us to check in early and our request for extra pillows were no problem. Great location! Plenty of shopping and restraunts nearby. SPI was less than 30 minutes and the zoo was less than 5 minutes. We didn't swim in the pool, but it was really small. Carpet was grimy.

Loved the cappuccino machine! I also liked the huge computer/office desk which got easy access to the electric outlet and high speed internet. No breakfast. Good, spacious room with a nice bed and huge desk. I liked how the internet is wired, so its a lot faster than wireless internet. I also like that they had a cappucino/latte machine in the front desk, but there was little option with the breakfast which is just danishes.

if you dont mind sharing your room with the roaches this place is for you. blankets were soiled with unknown stains and smelt like a dumpster.... i had to get outta there cause my 18 month old daughter was trying to play with the roaches...... never again will i ever stay at any red roof inn..............

our key didnt work when we checked in so the front office man put us in a smoking room when i asked for a non smoking. then the rest room cloged. my husband and i are handicaped so we went on the elevator to the 2nd floor because that was were the room was but we had a long long walk to the room from the elevator.

Nice cold AC. Pool was green in color and suds in Jacuzzi.

Room carpet was filthy; there were hairs from previous occupants all over the sink and bath areas; walls were so thin, you could hear complete conversations of the persons in the next room; every door opening or closure from another room on any floor on the side of the building made our door sound as if someone was coming in. Fortunately, I brought my own pilliws, sheets and towels.

Nice staff, clean rooms, nice gift bags of necessities and samples. No Wi-Fi. Very nice spacious room with king size bed. The staff was helpful and nice. It was right of the highway and very close to the mall, restaurants, and other shopping areas.

the hotel its regular in his services , for slepping and go next day , its a excelent option , and his micro-wave its a opcion to save money for dinner.this it?s a Hilton Paradise , but its good repeat for one day and run to shopping in the mall near and enjoy several fast-food

I had called all day before I left Houston and was talking to a lady name [...] that worked there. I told her we were not going to be in until 4 that morning and I wanted to make sure we had our reservation. The lady said yes as long as you put a credit card on file we will hold your room until you get here. Well we got there at 4:16 am and the lady had canceled both rooms. And on top of all that they were sold out. SO we had no place to stay. So I asked the lady to call [...] and she was so rude she told no it was 4 in the morning and she wasn't calling anybody not even the manager. She told me I can come back in the morning and talk to somebody that it was just 4:20 and I could stay in the parking lot until the manager got in. SO I was very upset and I will not recommend this hotel ever.

The rooms were definitely not what I expected. There were several repairs needed in the rooms. Had it not have been for the great service provided by the night attendant, I would have left after the first night. He helped us with an upgrade and was useful with regards to information.

Awesome location, food places all over the place, gas stations at every corner, freeway ajacent to the hotel, and a MOVIE theatre right behind us!!! How great are all those chocies RED ROOF INN has to offer just with its given location. Great spot to stay at anytime.

Room was a good deal. Slight smell to the rooms. Sorta like an old hotel smell. T.V.'s are not much to look at. Very small and most chanells did not come in clearly. But for the price a decent deal.
