The staff was very nice and friendly. It was very difficult to find. It is probably located 1/2 mile from the sign and is hidden behind a mall.

Would not stay here again.. hotel is located in a nice area but from the worn out interior of the room we were disappointed.. no refrigerator or microwave.. Oh and you have to drive in front of Home Depot to access it.. was not easy to find.

This is our second stay here. we found the hotel clean and pleasent. The evening desk staff were extremely helpful, we asked & got extra pillows and a replacement for the TV remote. We would definitely come back here ageain!

The Red Roof Inn of Franklin was a great place to stay. I was close to town and minutes from great places to eat and shop.

Friendly staff, free coffee in the lobby. The room and lobby were clean and well kept in this comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone and at the front desk. The room included a microwave and small refrigerator, with freezer, that were not listed on the web site. Coffee is free, self serve in the lobby. No iron in the room but available on request from the front desk.

After reading much about cleanliness in a lot of these traveler reviews ..I expected a lot worse..BUT...the hotel was clean friendly and in an apparently safe neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful

Check in was quick, clerk pleasant. Elevator carpet stained and dirt/debris along edges of lobby floor. The room has the bare basics, no iron or coffee pot and rough towels. The room had a used bar of soap still in the shower leading us to believe it had not been cleaned, there was trash in the trash can from previous occupant. The bed was freshly made though. The toilet plugged up during the night and when we called the front desk (it rang 10+ times before they answered) the clerk who answered was obviously irritated that we were disturbing whatever they were doing and said in a very abrupt tone "FRONT DESK!". We explained what we needed and she said "Can you come down to the desk and get a plunger?" I said "You want me to fix your hotels toilet??" She gave a disgusted loud sigh and said "just a minute" and then said to someone else "Martha room *** has a plugged up toilet!" I could hear a muffled answer and she said in an even more disgusted voice "Someone will be up to fix it!!". Well when we checked out no one had fixed it and we will NEVER EVER stay at a Red Roof Inn.

Great location near variety of restaurants and shopping. Property is well-maintained, rooms were clean & quiet, separate bath from vanity area, and an attractive lobby area. This Red Roof Inn is a great value, and I would recommend.

Newly renovated. Very Clean. Polite Staff. Buses full of kids. Very nice since it was renovated since the last time we stayed there. We had two rooms and the only problems were that one room did not have a refrigerator and microwave and the other only had enough towels for one person.

If a cheap place to stay, peeling linoleum, and dirty carpet are what you are looking for, then this is the hotel for you! I don't think the carpet has ever been vacuumed around the baseboards and the floor covering in the bathroom was peeling up. Despite this being a fairly new hotel, it's in pretty bad shape. We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago & it was fine, so that should give you some indication of how quickly it's deteriorating. If you'd like an iron or hair dryer, you need to do so in advance, because they aren't in the rooms. In addition, we have twins and requested a crib at check in (which was about 2:00). Later that evening I called back to the front desk and was informed that they may not have any left. It turns out that they did, so a disasterous night was avoided, but not because of anything done by the employees. It is, however, a cheap place to stay and the location is excellent. So, if "extras" don't float your boat and you don't mind a little dirt here and there (or dog poo - we did find some in the hall on the way to the pool), this may be the hotel for you. But, for my money, I'm going to the Hampton next time.

Good mattress. Clean room. Bare bones, but good night's sleep. Hotel staff was unable to give decent directions to property, which is hard to find. This is a bare bones experience. No hair dryer, no coffee maker and no little bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc. However, the room was clean, the mattress was firm and I got a good night's sleep, which is all that really mattered. Hotel is in a good area, but hard to find. Staff should learn how to give more complete directions.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was terrific!! However, the vending machine not only offers chips and candy, but condoms as well!! That is disgusting. We won't be back.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The location was convienient for my trip. The only problem that I had was that there were no room ammenities ie. hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator. This motel was great for the price. It was convieniently located at Cool Springs Mall.

The staff was GREAT. The room was clean but the bed could have been better it was a bit on the hard side. I will stay there again

The Red Roof Inn is located in a safe area of Brentwood. The room was decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the vanity being separate from the bath room so there was no problem with more than one person getting ready. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Easily accessible from major interstate. The clerk was very professional, courteous and friendly. I slammed my finger in the car door upon arriving at the hotel. The clerk was very concerned and offered suggestions to help relieve the pain and even gave me an ice bag. That was more than her position call for her to do. I was ever so thankful.
