Staff was extremely helpful. Under the bed needed a vacuum. I was in town for a few short nights on leisure. The Hotel was simply but nice and mainly clean.( under the bed needed a vacuum). The Staff was very nice and helpful. It was located near many major routes for easy travel. You can access a gas station and dunk in donuts without leaving the hotels main area, huge bonus!

We are never disappointed here! Some staff has been with this Inn since it opened and now the second generation is also working for this Inn. Having stayed here for years, we were greeted by name at the front desk when we came in. It is like having a second family. The front desk was very helpful and had information printed out for the runners that were running the Boston Marathon so that they would be familiar with the area and how to get around, and be ready to go the day of the race. While there isn't a pool or exercise room, this Inn is located near Hopkinton Park where you can hike around the lake. It is not far from the train that will take you to the Station in Boston or from the rapid in Riverside that takes you right down past Fenway Park and into Government Center. No hassle of driving and paying the large parking garage prices (34 for 3 hours and 5 minutes at the Prudential Center). Convenient to the Turnpike, I-495 , restaurants and stores. The rooms were very clean and the staff very courteous. I always look forward to our April trip. Will definitely be back!

This hotel is conveniently located off the Turnpike and reasonably priced for its quality. I liked this hotel as it gave me what i exactly required. Good for a 1-night stay, reasonably priced and conveniently located off the Turnpike. The place was clean and healthy and staff were good. Nothing much complain about it.

Visited in Oct 2007 during weekend getaway. Nice area with easy access to I 90. Approximately 30 miles from Downtown Boston. There are a number of restaurants in the area. Pleasant courteous front desk staff. Clean room, & comfortable beds. Bathroom had newer laminate flooring and a decent shower with plenty of clean towels. This is a good value if you don't mind the drive into Boston...would stay again.

The only negative was the lack of sound proofing between rooms. One night some drunk guests checked in right next to me and it felt like they were in my room. Other than having nothing to do n the evening, it was a good place to stay. I wish it had free wifi, too.

We have been staying at this Red Roof for over 15 years. My brother runs the Boston Marathon and it is a meeting place for our family to gather from two states to support him and vacation together. The staff has always been courteous and helpful during our stays. Staff was helpful in pointing us to grocery stores, restaurants, and nearby parks where we could hike. The location is near the Turnpike and accessible to the train in Hopkinton. Makes travel into Boston a breeze. We always look forward to our April trip to Boston. This Red Roof Staff greets us like family every year -- Great Job!

Newly redecorated, comfortable, as many extra towels and pillows as we needed. Very good service.
