Loud, Noisy, Restless sleep, horrible beds...was not worth the lower price!

Walls seemed paper thin. You could hear everthing from the surrounding rooms. On my second night stay they rented the room above me to a group of six which exceeded the capacity of the room buy there rules of rental. The group was very noisy thru the night and I had to finally call the main desk due to the noise level at 2am. The desk had sent the security guard out to investigate only to have the room quiet down for five minutes. 1/2 hour later the desk called my room to ask if the room had quieted down and I advised they were not as bad as they had been but were still loud enough to keep me up. The desk advised they would make an adjustment to my bill in the morning. The hotel gave the second night free. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Experience was alright - I was only there one night. Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was missing some amenities - no clock, no iron or ironing board, minimal shampoo or soap, no drinking glasses or cups.

I think my favortie part was the bed, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I had ever slept on, I didn't want to get out of it come morning! The staff was friendly, and didn't even make a fuss when we were running a little behind schedual and checked out 45 min late. They also provided a travel crib and blankets for my daughter who was 7 months old at the time. Thier rooms were very tidy, and in excellent condition. The location was super, tons of resturaunts, a shopping mall and lots of stores along with a bus system if you didn't want to drive. The coffee was incredible, they had really good cappicionos yumm :) The only complaint I would have would be that the hotel itself didn't have much to offer in the way of activities. But for the price, I would say I got a heck of a deal. I would definently reccomend this hotel to anyone!

Nice place to rest after a long day. I would have loved a coffee pot in the room,but other than that, I was pleaseed.
