Stayed there near BWI then went to Annapolis and returned....had to drive about 3 miles to eat....no gas/store within walking distance.

Location is close to the airport. Nothing else. Everything. Woke up with bug bites on my wife. Thought it might be something in Maryland. Visited family. Returned evening. Nothing was done to the room we had to search for clean towels. Woke up more bug bites, some tears, had to rush to family gathering. Returned to no toilet paper searched and finally found some to last the evening. Woke up all the earlier bug bites and the new ones were getting infected swollen and my wife cried for an hour. I immediately went back to the front desk to announce that I am leaving early and to update them on my horror in staying at their hotel. The manager said sorry. I protested but they were unconcerned. The hotel that I moved to for the rest of my trip had no more bug bites and the service was 200% better. We visited a doctor because of the severe reaction my wife had to the bites. Red Roof Inn - Washington, DC.

We needed a place to crash over night in Baltimore and we chose this hotel for the reasonable price. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean. It was quiet during the night. The bed is very comfortable. My only "issue" was their check-out was a little ridiculous. We didn't order anything (movies, food, etc) and we called in the morning to see if we can just do an express check-out like most hotels have since our room was paid in full but...they still have you come down to check out. That was annoying but not so bad that I wouldn't stay there again.

Having the shuttle to take us to the airport and dining areas really helped. The staff were great and friendly! Appreciated the shuttle driver very much!!!

Near the Airport long term parking. Small room, rude staff and noisy heater. There is no parking for the lobby. The person in the lobby was rude, he told me to look on my door card for my room number. There was old newspapers in the room, trash in one of the dresser drawers, someones large shampoo bottle on the tub, no bath towels. The heaters on the walls kept us awake with its buzzing noise. The pillow cases where stained. We where so uncomfortable with this room, we where afraid to sleep under the covers. We slept on top of the blankets and used our jackets for pillows.

bathroom was size of outhousealmost fell in tub as there were no strips/anti slick - caught self on toiletstaff was rude/short when asking where to get shuttle - as if I'd been there before; had I been, I would have known don't you think?waited 1 1/2 hours to get shuttle, it was late and I had to leave really early the next morning;if I'd have known, I could have gotten something to eat; as it was had nothing that nightroom stunk

We made reservations for two nights, but they only had it for one. Our daughter was staying there without a car, and there was no restaurant at the hotel, and none near by.

It was close to the airport. No free internet no adequate for business or leisure. The hotel is not up to the standard and value of a Hampton, Fairfield, or a Holiday Inn. I would return only as a last choice. The staff was courteous and good humored.

I didn't expect to have such a great experience at a hotel we booked at the last minute and for a fairly low price, but I was positively thrilled with our choice. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was immaculate. It was quiet enough for me to sleep easily, which doesn't happen often when I travel. The shuttle arrived promptly to pick me up from the airport and they didn't mind making two trips back to the airport the next day for my boyfriend and I, who were taking separate flights, leaving hours apart. The only drawback is for the traveler without transportation. There's not a whole lot around the hotel, as far as activities, stores, or restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I planned to get a rental car.

Close to airport. Front desk staff. The door opened but we had the security bar on. My husband heard it, got up and slammed door shut. He looked out the window to see a man with suitcases outside of our door. Front desk did not switch our room properly in the system and then issued another key to someone else later. If we hadn't locked to top bar, the person would have entered our room. My husband's a big guy and if he though we were being invaded someone could have innocently gotten hurt. It was a scary experience and we couldn't get back to sleep. Next morning our key didn't work. When I went told the front desk what had happened in the middle of the night, the day guy said it wasn't done on purpose and those night people were new.

Small rooms, no extras, shampoo packets you can't open, tiny double beds, mattresses need replacing, no pool or fitness room, Only good thing is close to the airport but you can find much better in the area for just a few dollars more.

When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our reservation, which was prepaid. [...], the desk clerk, who spoke very broken english, would not help us sort through the problem. After calling Cheaptickets (and being disconnected the first time) the Cheaptickets clerk was very helpful and offered to fax the res and spoke directly to [...]. He would not assign us a room until the fax was rec'd. Finally we got a key, when we opened the door we discovered it was an occupied room, Back to the office we went...[...] did not believe us it was occupied..it took 5 minutes to convince him. He gave us a key to the ajoining room. When we got there the occupants, [...] were screaming at each other in the parking lot because they had lost their key. We spentt he night terrified that we would be shot through the wall, Additionally this hotel offers shuttle service to the airport (reason we picked this Red Roof)which does not start until 5am. The cheaptickets agent tried to get him to pay for our taxi since they were not clear that it wasn't 24 shuttle service, but he refused. After many more minutes of confusing dialog he agreed to at least set up the taxi service. The taxi never came, we had to call for one ourselves in the morning and nearly missed our flight, This experience was a nightmare!

It was near the conference and the room was always clean. Internet wireless was not that great. I had trouble logging into the service. It's a good transient hotel. Not much for the business traveler in the sense of having internet, but a good place for a family to stay the night. As mentioned, the rooms were clean, the staff was pretty friendly, and of course it's near a Quiznos and McDonalds. It meets the basic requirements to have a descent night stay.

I have stayed at this motel several times. It is a good motel for the price, near BWI, with free shuttle service to BWI. The only drawback, and it is a big one fore me, is that they charge 9.95 a day for WiFi. So I didn't use WiFi there.

I just needed a place to sleep overnight during a 17-hour road trip. This was a good no-frills hotel for that. There can be a fear of the unknown with hotels such as this: Are the sheets really clean? Do I dare walk barefoot on these floors? Are there any six-legged squatters in this room? But I breathed a sigh of relief as soon as I walked in my room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They aren't very big rooms, but they are very well kept and quiet. The only drawback was that there are really no restaurants close by. The shuttle service was very convenient to the airport and always right on time. I would definitely recommend this to the traveler who is not looking to pay for a lot of unused amenities and just wants a nice place to work and sleep.

I liked how convienent this hotel is to the airport. The room was clean but very small. It was the cheapest hotel room I could find in the area and it served it purpose well. I wish there would have been coffee makers in the room instead of having to walk to the loby for coffee. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you're needing a place to stay that close to the airport.
