They had a lightening strike and many of the systems did not work. they should have tpold you this when you checked in. The comment was he it's the weather what do you want me to do!

The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom floor was not finished and it could have been a little cleaner. The Red Roof Inn in Albany exceeded our expectations. We were just looking for a place to rest our heads at a reasonable price and found a gem! The bed was big and comfortable, the room was a nice size, the TV had many channels, and the staff was wonderful. Although we don't travel to Albany often, the next time we do we will definitely stay at the Red Roof Inn again.

Top floor room meant deafening jet noise several times hourly, except about 12-6 a.m. Missed having hair dryer and iron at * per night, but I guess that's the going rate for a budget room in Albany.

I really appreciated being able to check in early to accommodate my travel. I had to settle for a smoking room. There were no other rooms available. The staff made my stay at this hotel very agreeable. By accommodating my early check-in, I was able to attend to my business in a nearby city without worrying about rushing back to check in. The easy check-out was also very much appreciated.
