This was a business trip. Internet included in the room was a plus. Nice not to have to walk through casino to get to the room.

Room was nice although a bit dark. Gaming staff seemed unmotivated. Although the rooms were nice; the gaming area was dead one $5 black jack table during the day too many of the slots were 1cent slots and a little complicated (busy screen display). 3 card poker table didn't open until 11am. Gaming environment was poor. Pool area nice but cabanas were too expensive so they sat vacant. If they dropped the price a little they would have them occupied.

Hotel very clean and beds very comfortable. Check in very slow even though we arrived at midnight. There were two people at the front desk but only one seemed interested in doing their job! Cannot understand the resort fee of 24.99 - really just an extra charge for nothing. Internet only worked in the room, not able to use it at the pool. You would think that for 24.99 a night extra they would print your boarding passes, but no that was an extra $20.00 charge! That is ridiculous - just went to the Office Depot across the street and had it done for $1.40. Website bookings do not tell you what you have booked. Had to phone the hotel three times to get confirmation of the package that we booked. Other than that, everything was great and our kids really enjoyed the pool and all the amenities.

My wife and I went to Vegas for a family wedding. The hotel was at a perfect location for everything. We didn't have to deal with the busy strip. Don't get me wrong, the strip is fun if this is the reason for your trip. We have been to Vegas about 12 times and stayed at some really nice hotels but The Red Rock Resort was the best. Our next trip we'll be staying at the Red Rock because it is close enough to the strip and relatives to facilitate our needs.

I loved the room and the overall experience of the hotel.

We just returned from a six day stay at Red Rock. It was a refreshing getaway for my husband and me. The property and location are beautiful. Our room looked out at the beautiful Red Rock Canyon - much better to me than all the lights and noise of the Strip. The service was excellent - we used the concierge several times to book a show, a restaurant, and for directions. Our room was lovely, comfortable and tasteful. The Spa massages were expensive, but worth it! They totally pampered us. We're not gamblers, so we appreciated that we didn't have to wind our way through the casino to get our car. I think this would be a fun place for families - movie theatres, kid play zone, bowling alley - and proximity to the natural beauty of the Red Rock Canyon National Preserve.

The Red Rock is our new favorite get away! We could not have asked for a better experience. The food, service, pool, casino, room, atmosphere, you name it ... all excellent. Try the Shrimp Croissant from the Sandbar when visiting the pool area. Delicious! We are very much looking forward to our next trip to Red Rock. Garry and Tonia Waggoner

The rooms were lovely, the shower was great, the mattress was superb. Some of the food in the Coffee Shop needed more seasoning. Lovely surroundings, excellent, attentive and friendly staff, luxurious room and appointments, different and interesting games.

This was oringinally a 5 star hotel. It is now a 4 star hotel. I wouldn't rate it a 3 star. A very nice looking hotel, but the poorest service I ever had. Days Inn gives better service. After a long trip we walked into our very nice looking room on the serface. We found pubic hair on the bathroom floor, on the closet selve. There were stains on the floor around the toilet. They vacuumed but never washed the floor in the bathroom. Mirrors were dusty and the window was dirty. We might stay there again if it were free!! At their buffet we waited 15 minutes and when I asked the hostess for someone, I was told they were short handed and to be patient!!

I love staying at the Red Rock, but it seemed to be smoier than ever downstairs in the casino. It was not even that crowded and it was still smoky. They closed the pool at 5pm on Sunday for a concert and never opened the club that night, so those 2 things were disappointing. Paying $27 a day "facilities" charge, I think I should get my money's worth. The room was comfortable and wonderful as usual.

I think the hotel is a very pretty hotel. I like how close it is to the things I want to do. Family lives out there. Staff, maid entering room while we were in it, half eaten fruit left in room for 3 days. Staff definitely needs training.

The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming. Our room was facing the strip and @ night it was amazing!!! The service was wonderful, I really felt we were valued as a guest, from the front desk to the housekeeping people all were pleasant and allways smiling & very helpful...The Spa itself was also a very positive experienc clean & refreshing aromas as well as soft music after a facial was very relaxing. What I did notice was that the hair products were not nearly as good as when I was visiting when the spa opened. I would have to say the experiece as a whole was great...except for the pool being closed for 3-4 days.. I would come back to Red Rock again......P.S I was able to get a good nights sleep on the comfortable mattress!!!

The hotel was beautiful and offered great restaurants and a great pool. However, this was much more of a party atmosphere than the relaxing, spa like environment advertised. Also, the location is terrible and the shuttle service to the airport or the strip is not helpful. You are stranded in the middle of no where with no access to shows, etc..

Accommodations were superb. Red Rock Hotel/Resort Casino, while located far off the strip, offered every possible amenity. So much so that we really didn't need to go anywhere else to have great food and great fun. It's all in one lovely place!

We drove thru the canyon and went to Laughlin. Valet parking was nice no charge friendly staff, beautiful room very quiet. All staff was very friendly.

For a family hotel, this was good due to being off the strip. Our bathroom and toilet lights didn't work. The fireworks were great. If it weren't for having three sick children, we would have had a great time. The kids liked the game room, bowling alley, and movie area. I enjoyed the food court.

We have stayed here for two years in a row to bring our soccer team to a tournament. It is a beautiful hotel. Very clean, staff was helpful and it has everything we needed. We have teenage girls traveling with our team and they loved it. The spa area is amazing. Cabo Mexican resteraunt was REALLY good! We will stay here again.

Large comfortable room & bathroom. Shuttle to airport and the strip ended too early.
