The first impression when walking into the lobby is very welcoming with the different brightly colored walls. There are many entrances around the hotel so you don't have to walk down any hallway very far to get to your room. The room was not very big but we didn't spend much time there so it worked very well.

The path tub was not stable. I had to sit in a way that does'nt make me fall.

The only down fall with the Hotel was indeed the mattress, they tried to fluff it up with about a dozen mattress pads on top of the mattress

We needed a room to sleep for a few hours before continuing to our final destination. This was inexpensive, but small. For us it was fine. Clean rooms and quiet.

Very basic accommodation; they brag about their renovation but it must have been a very superficial job, as there were still unsightly worn-out fixtures (bath and exterior doors). Painting the lobby is not the same as really cleaning the bathroom tile and replacing a rust-stained bathtub.

"The room was not cleaned after our first night there because they had to many people coming in that they didn't have time to get around to it. The service was rude when asked about the rooms getting cleaned, basically we were told we were s.o.l. Breakfast consists of doughnuts waffles and toast...coffee if you're there early enough. Tiny rooms and bathrooms."

We found mold by the refrigerator in our room, we didn't get checked in until around 10pm so we decided to deal with it and just report it the next morning. When we checked out we said we had a complaint about the room and told the front desk lady about the mold. My boyfriend and I felt like she was accusing us of lying about it when we told her. She said it was a very popular room and didn't understand why no one had said anything about it before. She didn't offer any discount or apology of any kind. We paid the full amount and left feeling like we had experienced really bad customer experience.

The hotel included a continental breakfast with cereal and waffles. The room had not been cleaned well, there was hair in the shower.

"tiny not too disgusting rooms you may not ever get to, as none of the outside doors read cards. heating and cooling best done via open window as a/c and heat are hit and miss. tiny room, tiny bed only a little better than the floor. pay $10 more and get something better."

not a five star hotel, but much nicer than i would have expected for such a cheap price. the staff was extraordinarily accommodating and made sure our stay went smoothly.

Good value and location. All was ok, could use a hot tub. Very clean and easy to find; close to shopping and not far to University.

"I was very pleased with my stay and manager was very nice, helpful and courteous. I would recommand this place to anyone. Nice clean rooms, place is newly renovated and looks nice. I find what last two visiters wrote about this place, DO NOT go by those reviews and check it out yourself."

Stayed before, and stayed again because of the price. The beds were comfortable and it included continental breakfast.

The staff was very accomodating and nice. No comment, I was happy overall.

"If you require sleep, a working heater, cleanliness, or fair treatment, this is NOT the place for you. The heater is noisy and does not work, the staff is rude or indifferent (to everyone, not just me!), the rooms are noisy (don't buy their ""recent remodeling"" story), the sheets are torn and don't fit the bed - etc etc. "

Great place to stay when visiting our child who's attending college in the area.

The price is the only thing that I liked. The room that we had looked like it was under renovation, bed was too small.

"First we were assigned to room 109, and the room card wouldn't work. So when we asked about it- they had actually assigned us to a cleaning supply room! Worse yet- the toilet seat was covered with urine, and the bathroom floor was sticky and had long dark hairs on it. The rest of the room wasn't as bad, but it makes you wonder exactly what they consider ""clean"". On a positive note, the continental breakfast area was quite nice. However, due to the lack of cleanliness of the rooms, I highly doubt we would ever try it again. "

We have stayed here several times - very affordable, good continental breakfast included. Not fancy, but will come again.
Date of Stay:

Continental breakfast. Dirty linen, poor room service as room not made up.
