stayed two nights and it served its purpose but it was far from the beach and breakfast, in my opinion, is not a few boxes of cookies and some bad coffee.

It has a certain quaint looking charm. The refrigerator was unclean and had a mold buildup. It is an old facility. Bathroom was cramped and towels were very thin.

The bedroom was a large room but the bathroom was very small. My main complaint was the strong odor of Clorox or equivalent. This made it sanitary I suppose, but with allergies it made my nose burn. This is obviously an older motel but the price was reasonable and we only planned to stay one night. There was no restaurant with the motel. Breakfast was continental in the lobby and no seating area. You had to take your food back to your room.

Not much. Not a very clean, attractive place.

The Red Mill Motel was just what we were looking for on our budget. The room was very simple but clean, as well as the bathroom. The location of the motel made many places very accessible.

The staff was friendly. The room needs renovations badly. The staff was very nice and friendly. It felt safe and the location was good. I slept very well. But the room was run down. The lighting fixture was duck taped to the wall and the bathroom needed renovation.

Clerk at check-in was not very friendly.Refrig in room had a broken door handle and temparature knob was broken. Anything we put in it froze. Maid did provide us with plenty of towels and soap- room was clean. For the price we paid it was okay.

Swimming pool. Non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Accommodation very basic and in need of updating; shower leaked; room smelled strongly of smoke; large swimming pool was major advantage; located in heavily trafficked area - though convenient to restaurants, etc. Cleaning staff was very friendly and did excellent job. Personnel at front desk friendly.

It was clean and organized. Our air conditioner made loud noises. Overall, this hotel was comfortable and clean. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and we also used the picnic area.

Location. Needs painting. Nice place for a quick stay. Has all that you really need; no frills though. If you want fancy & well appointed rooms this is not for you. Great location on the main road. Easy to get to and from and close to everything you might need.

Convenient location. Heavy smoke smell, TV remote didn't work, sink drain had no stopper, I asked for a wake-up call but it never came. Although, the price and location were good, the overall experience there was negative. The room smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, the TV remote did not work and there was no directory of channels to guide manual search, the sink drain had no stopper, and the wake-up call I requested never happened. If I could give it a 'no star'.

Location - located midway along lower Cape Cod, Highway 28. Outdoor pool only. Continental breakfast not the best. Good location - along Highway 28, about 8 miles East of Hyannis - not outrageously priced. Owners include packet of coupons, maps, etc. for Cape Cod area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spacious (as well as the bathroom!), included refrigerator. We would stay there again.

The cost of the room was nice for the reasons I went to cape cod. The parking was first come first serve. The red mill motel is ideal if you looking for an inexpensive room and just need it to sleep.

They did everything in their power to make the stay nice and it was clean. It was an older building. This Motel was comfortable stay and safe for a good price. This was not a new Motel but I would stay there again.

It is located on the main road which was close to restaurants and stores. It was advertised as a short walk to the beach. I would not consider the distance a short walk. You had to place an order if you wanted ice. Red Mill Inn was a family-friendly motel with a fully stocked kitchenette. It was advertised as a short walk to the beach, however that was not so. I would have preferred a motel closer to the beach, but the room was sufficient if you don't mind a drive to the beaches where the lowest parking fees were $15.00. The room was clean and comfortable. I did not like that you had to place an order if you wanted ice-a machine was not readily available on premises. It would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the shower. The pool was a nice size and in good condition. The continental breakfast would have been more appealing if they would have added some muffins or pastries. It consisted mainly of cookies and fortunately biscotti. I would not stay there again because I prefer a motel closer to the ocean and a town on Cape Cod where there is more to do and see such as Hyannis or Provincetown-the traffic and driving back and forth to where there was more to do was tedious.

Couldn't tell you since I never got a room. Couldn't tell you since I never got a room. Its kind of hard to do a review on a hotel that you never booked for me so I drove 8 hrs to get to a hotel with no room for me and no vacancies.
